If onw is allowed to stand then the next will want to aswell and then the next and the next....and so on.
Many fans choose the Ninian because they know their view wont be blocked by someone standing. Stewards arent jobsworths, theyre there to uphold the rules we all buy in to when we buy a ticket.
If you dont like the rules then dont buy a ticket

Exactly nothing, you know who she is. The one who led the line when you were sitting on your arse sucking off vinny t

Leading the line. Ffs she was gobby at a few poorly attended marches and allegedly was responsible for some ridiculous Twitter and Facebook posts that turned the majority of city fans off what she was protesting about.

She isn't our leader and she didn't lead any line.

I don't call have between 2 to 4 K of protesters poorly attended. That was a lot more than when we marched against the Riddler.

Considering you are implying who is she you seem to know a bit about her.

Course I do. I joined the Facebook group and came off it within 5 minutes after seeing the dross served up including from her.

I was using the classic Accrington Stanley line.

2 to 4k is a figure to be debated. However that was when we were doing poorly in the league and when ALL stakeholders got together. The BU ones had nowhere near that figure.

ALL stakeholders only got involved when we were doing poorly. BU were there supporting the blue when things were going OK and generally the support base turned its back on the blue.

Which proves my point that most City fans weren't arsed about the red when we were doing well.

Did you like my use of stakeholders? It's one of the terms we use in the military I effing hate. Ha.

How are you anyway Ian?

2 games in 4 years :laughing6: leader is a ridiculous word to use. Seems she was craving a bit of attention standing up in the middle of a load sitting down. Something i feel she has been loving since day 1. Sian doesn't deserve to be leader of anything going to 2 games in 4 years. We've been back in blue for long enough now.

Will agree with your first sentence there Neil and that was the most disappointing thing of the whole episode. Hence my support for BU regardless of their shortcomings.

I use the term Stakeholders quite often in my job here in civvy street. It goes right to some peoples head.

I'm good thanks, had a good couple of years that stated at BN.ME could be back on the cards as well. Might see you out there.

She says she's a Cardiff fan through and through but has been too 2 games in the past 4 years. There are a lot of fans that feel the same way that she does but have been going to watch Cardiff play week in week out even though they don't believe in the politics of our club. But we go to show are support to the team and for the crack. My personal opinion is she likes to be in the limelight focus of attention and sometimes the things she says have been written by other people we know on different forums. She taken credit would most of the credit for the change of our club going back to blue should good to Vince and Annis for sticking to their guns these guys go home and away and have been fighting for us the fans for years. Both true and loyal Cardiff supporters but u don't see them attention seeking. Yes I know she cares about the club and what happened yesterday shouldn't happen as if you want to stand and it isn't hurting anybody you should be allowed too. But u should abuse players in any shape or form.

I do love he rewriting of history...BU didn't get us back to blue, they were dormant when Tan changed his mind.....It was he missing 15K at the Colchester game that gave Tan a vision into the future........

Now perhaps the way to change the clubs policy on standing in the main stand would be through the supporters club or trust sending in a proposal. But, if anyone thinks we are going to be allowed to stand in 116/115 then they are going to be be waiting a long time. Maybe 111/112 would be feasible but never up the away" side".

In society you can't break and not expect a punishment.....She is not making a stand (excuse the pun) she is getting her excuses in early.

Hopefully, one day there will be people in those expensive seats in the lower new bit, so its better for the club to stop the standing now, so it doesn't set a precedent.

I totally agree but were all still posting on it, seems opinions are split and while I can see both arguments surely common sense must prevail at times in a quiet game and a few fans including myself stood at the back nobody behind us, not bothering anybody. The best stewarding and police are when they work with you not against you, the biggest issue is if the people arguing that it's an " all seater stadium" why are the away fans not told but just a few city fans at the back. Baffling

She did a great job with Bluebirds Unite. I'm really disappointed to hear about this two games business. Is this true or made up? When we returned to blue you'd have thought she'd be a regular. We'll see how many genuine fans we've got v. Wimbledon on Tuesday.

Re: Sian Bransons kicked out of stadium

Sun Aug 09, 2015 1:08 pm

The idea that the boycott of the Colchester game changed Tan's mind is a joke. It was a cup game against a lower league club and the attendance would've been poor anyway. Fan power, pressure from Slade and the sheer commercial disaster of Red (no sales of merchandise) is what swayed Tan and not a single game.

I tell you who my 'leader' is.

My mates father.
Well into his 70s he can hardly make it from the car to the stand.
Has had a season ticket every season since 1957, bar one due to work.
Continued to fight his way to the ground week after week when suffering from Prostate cancer.

Never moans or tells other people what they should do, or judges other fans, just turns up and supports the team.

Sian might be a lovely girl, but she's not really much of a city fan less alone in a position to be seen as a leader.
What the club needs is fans to get behind the team, within the rules set by the authorities , not get into silly arguments like this.
The club allow standing in the Canton, so there was at least a choice for her.

Rebrand was turned over last Jan.
Sian was there and was one forecasting the fans would come flooding back.
I'm sure she was invited into the directors box as well.
There would be many more deserving recipients of this pleasure, but none of them are as vocal, which seems to gain you favours at City.

All looks a bit embarrassing to me.

Well said Wiggy, you always speak sense and a clued up guy even in school and respected whatever thoughts you have, your more of a leader than Sian, running buses to away games and looking after your boys at games. top man Wiggy is our leader
