Good win for moving forward, but you would think we just beat Germany!! Hopefully with less players missing they can improve.

Huge win tonight.

Five point gap over Bosnia.

Three point gap over Belgium, who have a game in hand.

Not too worried about Israel.

It's looking good, the Bosnia-Belgium result makes it better :thumbright:

The Bosnia v Belgium result is massive. That was the result we needed to complement our win.

A great result under difficult circumstances. To lose a player so early to injury then king going off, the side showed massive character and commitment. Robson-K had a huge game. Cotterill put some great crosses including his goal. Conceding the free kick was disappointing and their goal was a bit jammy.

Bale was again amazing. It's like having a second captain on the field. Well deserved motm.

Brussels will be a different prospect but hopefully have Rambo and Allen etc. back.

Cmon Wales!!!

You'd swear Bale had won the World Cup. That's the passion we need. He hasn't forgotten his roots and is a real team player. Legend. :notworthy:

yes thats the point such passion he may have been greedy at times, but ffs he dragged team forward all the time and he knows its his responsibility to do it! and those corners at end just what we needed!

Gunter would have been my MOTM thought he was outstanding from start to finish

Excellent defensively and bombed forward at every opportunity linking up with whoever was on his side

Chester also had another very good game

Excellent results for Wales tonight... Excellent performance in the first half too.. Poor goal to concede, but held well after the sending off (incorrect decision, in my mind.)

Thought Gunter had a great game for Wales too, as did Taylor.

Although I imagine later down the line when it could come to GD, I think the main thing is to get the points on the board.

7 in 9 is fantastic. With no Ramsey and Allen.. 2 players who play for top 4 clubs missing and the heart of our midfield just shows we can still have people in and do the dirty work.

I set a target that we should get 12 points or more.. no ifs or buts and we are looking on course for that early on.

If you seen some of the results like Spain losing 2-1, Iceland beating Holland 2-0, Belarus beat Portugal 1-0 didn't they too? Just shows how the lesser countries which we are considered as are moving up and can get results.

I hope we do qualify but honestly deep down think we will fall short so trying to enjoy the moment currently.. would like to know what Coleman said at half time because we went to 10 men in 2 minutes of the start of the second.

Gunter MOTM for me but you can't defend that tackle it was horrendous, it was in the opposition half and absolutely no need for it as they were going virtually nowhere

Can't defend king for that at all under the refs nose as well left him no option at all

You can't blame Coleman for an idiotic challenge in an opponents half when there was no need under the refs nose it was poor decision making from king and he is very fortunate that didn't cost us hope he apologised to the team for digging his arse out of a hole there!!
