Stick by what I've said all season, biggest squad maybe, but nowhere near the best squad in our history.

idiotic statement. it is a disgraceful performance though.
anyone know why Guerra was substituted? injured or playing bad?
Looking at the abysmal performances when he was in charge with the majority of HIS signings and the lack of confidence and disorientation his methods installed in the team are still but all evident this evening would have say it is a rash statement to see my remark as idiotic unless you mean we are playing any better at the moment

touché.
Now let's hope Daehli and Macheda can bag a few and get us a victory.

The issue is the club is split, and the energy level at the club isn't great, there are too many uncertainties.
Tan is a plonker for messing with a business model he didn't understand.
There is only one way to get this club back on track:
- repair the "split club", by announcing a return to blue for next year.
- get a decent proven manager in.
The players confidence and motivation must be low.
Tan really doesn't understand football, he only understand franchise businesses and consumer marketing.

It doesn't sound the best to be honest. I'm sat at home glum as shit from the updates so I imagine being there must be wank. Feel for you.

Wales online:
"Terry Phillips tells me Scott Young didn't even look at Javi Guerra when he hauled him off."
Is Cardiff becoming Guerra´s worst nightmare?
And what´s up with Dikgacoi? Anyone knows why he´s left out of all the action lately?

I think he's implying we are a hell of a lot worse with him gone

Someone has to call a team meeting with a good psychologist. These players aren't that bad - in fact there are lots of great individuals on this team. But these last few matches have f***ed with their minds and with a very newly composed squad it's even harder for them to "find themselves". Someone at least tell them no one are too good to be relegated. Back to basic training. Zone pressure, pass and run.
I'm not watching the game, but I also dislike that Kim and Guerra were substituted at 36 minutes. Major disrespect and not the way to go with a team on the verge of collapse. And to the caretakers: at least not in the first game you manage. You pick a team and stick by your choice - pointing fingers like that is very damaging in every way! Angers me, I must say.

Maybe, but yet you would believe players like Kim and Guerra would be hungry enough to get into the team..

Daehli looked like the only one who wanted to be there...
There was a bit of a better performance for ten minutes in the second half... Apart from that, nothing.
Full marks to Mats, he wanted to be there and he tried... The rest of them... Pissed me off royally tonight... Just looked like they didn't care... Worst three for me
Gabbidon... Constantly giving the ball away... The main culprit giving away cheap goals for Bournemouth.
Kim... Constantly our of position, falling over and giving the ball away
Le fondre... If the ball was two meters away... That was too far for him to run to get it... Even if he would have clearly been the first there...
