Thats it, no conditions about investment, no worries the club will go under if you choose the wrong colour.... quite simply, Blue? or Red

Lifting a scarf because it looks nice and because everyone else is doing it, does not say much. I can assure you. If 1000 people started lifting an inflatable sheep on 19:27 then everyone would soon follow, its effortless and easy to do.
Actively protesting does however. 27,000 home fans were hundreds of meters away from the march for blue and only a few thousand bothered turning up and those that did were under strict instructions not to piss off tan![]()
But you are welcome to keep your head in that sandbox of yours.

so under these conditions we have 20percent who would rather play in red without thinking about the money
just a straight up choice?
no true cardiff fan would pick that plastics/jacks only

81% on here now, almost in line with what I would have expected, out of the 25 red votes they wont all be jacks, I imagind there are a few cardiff fsns voting red but no ones come out to explain why as yet

When in a group people conform and act how they feel they should. Hence why the crowd were 90% red at one stage, now its cool to be blue. Singing songs is the same "englands full of shit" gets blurted out now and again, many of those singing married to english women - why sing? Coz its fun and everyone else does.
On here, although not perfect, is a simple choice based on somebodies personal opinion.

90% red.Do me a favour.
One game when two stands had a lot, and fair enough it was a lot, of people wearing the free scarfs which have not been seen again without scorn, does not make 90%.

My point exactly.
People are conforming, some dont feel they can wear red anymore.

good quote from vince alm here...
My opinion on the matter was to accept the change for the future stability of the club, even though I am vehemently against it, and lobby in a peaceful and civil manner over the coming years to have it changed back.
It is a vile read. Really is.
But the fact is at the time of writing you were blue and had a future of blue as stated by Tan - those grovelling letters were penned in order for him to change you to red so you could get the cash... And it worked.

percentage wise, this poll mirrors the one Wales Online did before the link was posted on planet swans![]()
its my believe that if season ticket holders were balloted, we would see approx 94% pick blue (roughly 17,000 out of 18,000) but of course its never going to happen so pure speculation.
I would love to think there is something the fans could do to facilitate the change, Votes, official or otherwise, 2,500 signatures on a petition, marches and protests..... all well and good but i think its clear we are beyond that now.

I dont buy that. At one point your poll was 70% red too.
It seems like any swings to red then it must be jacks or an anomaly where as any swings blue and that is the real feeling. Its a one way poll really, if blue wins then that correct and if red wins then its manipulated.
If season ticket people were balloted from this Premier League season and the decision of red or blue comes with all the trappings a decision in real life would do (red = no more loans for spending) then the red would be chosen by an awfully high number of people.
This is clear if you look at threads at the time. Its nothing to do with existence as a club, most of the replies were "oh yeah and League 2 would be fun wouldnt it, what planet are you on" etc etc etc
Id imagine the majority would want blue back, probably the 95% you are talking about. However in terms of choosing blue over the money Tan provides.... Nowhere near 95% as was shown by the march.

I even outlined a detailed explanation how with the debt levels at the time maybe even administration didnt need to happen in order to move on as a self sufficient club.... There wasnt many mentioning "club ceasing to exist" at the time. It was all to do with, ive been watching 50 years and paid my dues and i deserve some success etc etc it was truly sickening to read, thats from a jack.![]()
This feeling continues to this day. Nobody wants to rock the tan/red boat because of the trappings that come with Tans reign. its truly truly shocking, especially when you have the likes of wez and soulofthesea suggesting that we are somehow jealous of Tan![]()
Trust me, there are reds spewing out of your club and its as plain as day. Take the cash away and its pretty much all blue - no argument there. However with red DOES come loans, and its a money hungry faux success driven fanbase - has been for over a decade. Its insatiable... And that is why you are getting people picking red.
