Tan will act in HIS best interests as will Daelhi. As will Mutch, as will Turner, as will Marshall and so on and so forth.

Solskjær doesn't have a say, but he has influence. He will sell if Dæhli wants out, but as he already turned down Man Utd for working with Ole I'm not all too certain Dæhli wants to play for Chelsea (which are pretty bad at letting youngsters have oppurtunities).

He is not a Mourinho player, Bony would be more likely, I could see Brenda wanting Daehli one day, if he develops ......

Too early to say who Daelhi suits at the moment for me.

Bony would certainly fit Chelsea but Mourinho is really keen on Diego Costa. Arsenal and Everton rumoured to be interested though.
As for Daehli was speaking to a mate of mine ( works in football gets a bit of info). Manu keep tabs on him might make another offer especially if they see rival clubs go after him. Depends on incoming manager. Other clubs that may make a move for him are Everton and Tottenham. Everton have been scouting him for awhile. Tottenham reportedly very interested but again with the manager situation in that club its a question of who comes in.
My mate also says he heard Medel has a relegation clause in his contract and that was why Tan was really annoyed with his signing.
