The guy has rung me countless times in the past to argue with me, he's added me as a friend on Facebook (which to be honest I had to think long and hard before accepting), he begins threads attacking me and sends me abusive PMs yet I'm the one obsessed???

I'm just trying to stick up for my football club against the constant abuse it gets on here and one of the main culprits behind perpetrating that. Now, how about you guys encourage him to answer the question as I know what I think the answer is which is why he is avoiding it like the plague!

This forum really is on a downward spiral. I have had some great chats with many different people from the forum on the coaches and at games, but it seems that the board is just a platform for people to abuse others at the moment.

I am all for debate and personal opinions on different topics, but there has to be a line drawn between debate and childish abuse. Natman is pressing for a response yet has no credible evidence to support himself. However, the mods (including Annis) are pressing for more responses which is just derailing the thread.

Personally, I am interested in the story about Bellamy and where his commitment lies, not some schoolboy antics between posters. It is called the CARDIFF CITY FORUM, so can we talk about CARDIFF CITY issues and keep the personal attacks out of it? Not too much to ask, right?

Stay off the wacky backy mate. Annis is a decent bloke and have always got on well with him but to even suggest he can sway a whole fan base is nothing short of absurd. Even conniving politicians who've trained as orators and to fake charisma often struggle to influence the public. That's why Farage is now getting a lot of support because he has what many of them don't and that's great orator skills and the ability to relate.

Annis is right to air his opinion like any of us but to suggest he can sway the whole fan base is laughable. He may influence a minority. Polo could have the same influence on a group in his local pub because he knows his football and people buy into it when others talk sense and can argue their point with evidence.

Yes its absurd! Its not like he is fronting Owains web forum, run campaigns on facebook and twitter to reach anyone. He just post his humble well documented argument like everybody else!

P.s a drop in a pond can still cause ripples right to the edge. I work with scores of city fans and only 1 of them reads this board, and doesnt even post on it.

There are at most 50 regular posters who post on here every day and many of those dont agree with Annis on certain things, we are not cult followers.
