Well if you think losiong by 2 and 3 goals is "difficult to beat" all the best.
And a number of those 2 or 3 goal defeats were against mid table / relegation rivals.

I'll ignore the Liverpool and Chelsea games. We lost 2-0 at Villa but were not broken until 76th min. We lost 3-0 to Southampton and that was indeed an awful performance. 2-0 to West Ham on opening day another poor display. Forgive me if they were any more but it seems they are the exception that proves the rule.

We lost to Palace 2-0. 1 nil down after 6 minutes.
Villa and Spurs are our only defeats where we were not losing half time.
So in Malkys 18 games we were losing half time in 9 of them, and only the United game we come back and got anything from being behind at HT.
