Adam Le Fondre is a huge Man U fan and Ole Gunnar Solskjær was his fav player. This could happen.

Two things...
1) Jim White just said that Dalman was still trying to get a couple of deals done....
2) It says we've signed 7 players, who's the seventh?

Wins More Headers Than Lukaku: Cardiff Linked With Imposing Forward
Cardiff’s search for striking reinforcements could extend to Spain, with the Daily Mirror having linked them with a move for Real Vallodolid forward Javi Guerra. The Bluebirds are known to be keen on bolstering their strikeforce, and are believed to have targeted Guerra as the man to fire them to safety.

The Premier League’s bottom side have scored just 17 goals this season, the second lowest in the league. New boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already added Stoke striker Kenwyne Jones to his front-line, but if the Mirror are to be believed then he could be working up to the wire in order to sign Guerra.
Guerra has scored 11 goals in 21 La Liga appearances this season, as well as having provided one assist. The 31-year-old has 65 goals in 127 games for Vallodolid since his 2010 move from Real Mallorca. The forward has never played for a side outside of Spain, but could be in line for his final crack at a foreign move if a move to the Welsh capital materialises.

Cardiff City miss out on Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse as Andreas Cornelius moves on
31 Jan 2014 20:07
Cardiff City missed out on a late bid to bring Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse on loan while Andreas Cornelius moved back to FC Copenhagen
Cardiff City were keen to bolster their attack for their Premier League survival race by bringing in Papiss Cisse of Newcastle United.
But the £10m price tag set by the Magpies appeared to be too much for the Bluebirds, who preferred a loan deal, to match.
The Senegalese hot-shot would have replaced Danish international Andreas Cornelius in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Premier League squad after he completed his move back to FC Copenhagen.
Cisse was Solskjaer's first choice to be his striker, but as they looked set to miss out on the 28-year-old the Bluebirds turned to Adam Le Fondre of Reading but that bid was turned down.
Also, a reported £4m bid for former striker Ross McCormack was denied by both the Leeds United player and sources close to Cardiff City.

I know the deal fell through bit his stats were good 11 in 21 for a team down in 18th he is one of la ligas highest scorers so far this year, hadn't actually hear of him until today though so I have no idea of his ability or if he has regularly scored
