Palace and Sunderland have turned a corner, a mate of mine is a Spurs fan and told me this evening that Palace were exceptional.

I agree, at the time though I thought it did, I was wrong.

Annis i wish you were as vocal when Sam was running up 30 odd million debt as you were against ridsdale/Tan i'd call you consistent then
I'll judge ole at the end of the season due to him being new at the club with another managers inept players :ayatollah:

My team for the next game would be:

Marshall

Super Kev
Caulker
Hudson
John

Medel

Bellers
Mutch
Eikrem
Noone

Campbell
if ogs gets his players in he wants. the team will look nothing like that

Unfortunately we are now left with the under achieving players that Malky brought to the club. If he had been sacked the same time as Moody for wasting Tans money then we would have been in a stronger position now. If OGS keeps us up it will be a miracle.

Tan should of either Sacked Malky last September or left him get on with his job and backed off.
Personally I would of left Malky had the whole season and left him get on with it, Malky deserved that at the very least.
Tan/Lim are responsible for the spending no one else.
Same as when Sam,Riddler etc were in control.

What a load of nonsense Annis.

Tan and lim didnt scout the crap we have signed.

Evry signing has either been a flop or we have paid well over the odds.

Tan gave Malky the money because he trusted him after last summer. The least he expected was players that could do a job. He wasn't expecting malky to piss 20 mil the up wall on a possible future prospect.

Honestly would not surprise me if he was on the take.

Just my opinion, quarter of a season when we were in the lower leagues, it would give me a good idea how the season lies ahead

Exactly.....Its easy to blame Tan for everything that goes wrong at the club but he didn't scout the players bought in by Moody and Malky and lets be honest most of them are nowhere near good enough at this level.

For the shed-loads of money we spent in the summer compared to the clubs who came up behind us, to be 5 points behind Hull and just 1 ahead of Palace is seriously under-achieving. This problem has of course been created by both Tan and Malky; Tan for creating civil war in his own club with predictable consequences in terms of results, and Malky for recklessly blowing a fortune in transfer fees and wages on Cornelius, Brayford and Odemwingie.

Ole's arrival has given us a second chance. Lets get the Manchester games out of the way and then concentrate on the final 15 games of the season in our mini-league of the lowest 11 clubs. With the addition of a couple more players, I believe there will be 3 worse teams than us come the end of the season :ayatollah:

I still believe none of u are giving Malky any respect or thanks for his achievements and just blaming Malky and in my opinion blaming him for what? yes a couple of bad signings, but how many good ones? whats their value? What did Malky achieve in just over 2yrs?

He took us up on a huge budget of 15m for players and paying premiership wages in the championship with Tans money.

It was hardly miracle work.

malkys tactics and signings this season are shit..its going to take a lot to sort out..i just wish ole started in the summer.. great in the second half, and i am sure we will keep improving, will it be enough, i dont know, but i would rather watch a team trying to play attacking passing football than all the shit malky served up

Agreed.

We were relegation fodder anyway and going down with a whimper. Id rather go down at least having a go.

Malky got lucky with a pot of gold provided by Tan. We were promoted playing shit on a stick football which got us over the line. He tried using the same tactics this season and got found out. We are now left with a squad full of Championship players on big wages that no other club wants to take from us.
Yes I'm grateful Malky got us promoted but please don't build the guy up to be something he's not.

Thanks Malky for getting us promoted, our wages according to the financial sheets rised massively, we're paying Smith a shit load, Helguson got a fair bit and so did a few of our other players, cheers Malk!! You've left us with a squad who are poor defensively and poor attacking and only have about four standout players, cheers Malky!!

Re: " Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit "

Why can't we play the ball through the middle to the strikers feet? All down the flanks and sideways. 2 many players in our own half no outlets going forward. We need a creative midfielder to play in behind Campbell and a decent striker to partner FC as he works his socks off.

Forever Blue wrote:" Judge Ole after 12 games, but I have to admit, today we were awful against a terrible West Ham side "

Personally I believe you can only Judge a manager after 12 games.

But just going on todays performance that was awful,Only one proper save West Ham had to make,We passed really well, but mostly in our own area.
I believe it was a goal by us and the ball did go over the line.

Noone ran his socks of today, Kim Bo looked tired and weak on the ball, Campbell did his best, but we never created enough chances and when we did Whittingham and Co's shots were very poor. Cornelius, not getting any better. I could go through most of the team and personally I thought other than their passing in our half of the pitch, they looked like a relegation team.
Looked like no plan B, but its early days.

For me this match, was a must win game.

With the Manchester games coming up next then the Jacks, were in for a tough couple of months ahead, today we needed to win against a dreadful West Ham Side who played 20 mins with 10 men, cant score goals and beat us 2 nil in our own back yard.

I left that ground like many others so down and fed up, now knowing we are for the first time ever in the Bottom 3 of the Premier League.

We need strengthening now and upfront.

Atmosphere awful.

Great to see so many Fans in BLUE  :ayatollah:

Gives me hope more people are coming to terms Ole's been left with a crap team, which has been statistically proven rather than believe the hype we weren't in the relegation zone for most of the season.

Blackpool weren't in the relegation much the season they got relegated and they still got relegated. Can't glue over the cracks
