the £8m loss was promotion bonuses and contract triggers regarding transfer fees. If we didnt win the play off final we would have broken even as the £8m wouldnt have been owed. It is fine business management knowing the windfall of the Prem. however when you get there you cant ignore it which is seems is what Tan has done as hes spent £100m including wages since then. Thats all the Prem money and more where as we made a £16m profit with 40% less income from TV rights.

At the end of the day the debt becomes irrelevant while Tan owns, its his money and its him we owe rather than the banks. I think thats why the idea of running him out of town is a little crazy unless anyone can offer a real alternative.

but we will leave at some point, so the debt levels of the club is always relevant. As soon as it isnt financially viable then he will cut the business just like anyone else would. For me, this will be relegation. The outgoing will still be there as these players have signed long contracts but the income is reduced by 70% and that includes parachutes. Will Tan want to foot the bill of £50m losses a year?

I certainly wouldnt.

I'm absolutely staggered by the response to this news! Blue or Red? Does it matter? It seems that each and every one of them has lost all sense of reality, know they have and don't care! it's like something out of Quatermass with Ley Ley Ley, being replaced by Tan Tan Tan!
Stock exchange floats in the Far East is going to bring in zillions? £30m loss is peanuts? For gods sake when is all of this going to end with this lot! The most amazing thing I find in all of this here, is that they have the audacity to mention that SCFC lost £8m in our promotion season due to bonus payments. These payments were made to our heroes of the day, they deserved it. Just like Cardiffs players were their heroes last year. But of course Tan 'stole' their heroes bonus from them, but theres not one mention of that by any single one of them on this thread! And that is simply because they couldn't give a shit! Couldn't care what colour they play in, couldn't care their heroes are ripped off by their owner, couldn't care about anything but a total fantasy that they are going to be bigger than what they will ever be on someone else's money and it ain't going too happen! What a barrel of rotten apples. Rotten to the core!

They are obsessed with our club and find it really annoying that whatever Swansea Town achieve people will always be more interested in debating the capital city club.

Your contribution to this thread is abusive and off topic - try and find a post of mine that constitutes that.

I'm not questioning the 8m loss just pointing out it happens and ours was bound to be more than yours.. The rest is just drivel.

Re: ' £30m+ LOSS IN LATEST ACCOUNTS '

Its not drivel at all.

Ann£8m loss is nothing of its offset against what you earn from promotion. However you havent offset it as you spent the prem money and more this season. And its only January.

Just like you have now you mean? Forming our own forum would have nothing to do with Cardiff fans would it you clot! It would be full of jacks agreeing what a car crash you are! Please keep up, especially as it was your suggestion! :laughing6:

You're obviously too stupid to see that i was giving a comparison, (using this site) it could be any teams forum where 95% of the fans support the same team but they don't all agree with each other, would your forum be different??? as i said earlier, you've a history on here for making an arse of yourself, it's starting to happen again.

You weren't giving a comparison though were you? :laughing6: You suggested that all of this is of no concern to us 'tramps' and that we should go to a 'gypo'? Site to discuss it or form our own? So that obviously infers that we should discuss it away from your site, therefore we would all be agreeing with each other don't you think? :laughing6: Fuckin hell, and you believe Cardiff will make a profit next year yet your calling me stupid! :laughing6:

the £8m loss was promotion bonuses and contract triggers regarding transfer fees.

They are on a completely different planet.

A

What concern is it of you tramps???? why don't you do one onto a gypo forum???? or even form your own, afterall there's enough of you that infest this board to start your own up.

What would be the point in that? A forum full of posters all agreeing with each other? Not for me thank you. I'd much rather reply to posters like you. It makes me feel so much better! :laughing6:

Thank you for your constructive input though!

Like you you mean? You still make accusations im not in Australia ffs

I also make accusations that you are a freak show, a weirdo and are obsessed with cardiff city, i'll take three out of four.

Then you will have to get 3 out of 4 correct then

I was just speaking with Rafa Nadal so the one regarding Australia cant be correct and the other 3 obviously arent, you may have to try again :D

 Get in the real world. These are record losses and up by £17m+ on the previous 12 months. The Club was paying out twice as much as it brought in during that year.

Why can't city turn a profit then, our sisters down the road seem to rake it in turn profits of 20mil a season, all we seem to do is lose more and more money, must just be bad management from the bottom to the top

When your servicing the debt level we are your nt going to turn a profit without increasing revenue is expect us to turn a small profit once prem tv rights are taken into account, reason jack make a profit is cos they have a wage structure and transfer budget which is stuck too and oh yes they were debt free after shafting the local businesses around them
By going into administration much easier to make money in prem if you have no debt isn't it

Which goes to show how difficult it is making a profit even in the pl. Yet some belters on here ecpect you to make 30m this season. Despite spending a stupid amount already in the summer and now January.

All of you should take note of this post. This guy has got it spot on! For all of his obvious insanity, the main thing that hits you is 'much easier to make money in prem if you have no debt isn't it'. He also makes reference to wage structures even though has no idea what he is talking about! If ever there was proof of a thin line between insanity and genius, this is it, all rolled into one! :laughing6: Bless you smackheadthebluebird!

This is brilliant coming from a team that has sold every half decent player theyve ever produced! And most of the time for far less than their true value! :laughing6:

15 minutes of fame? Where did you pluck that from? Have you no imagination? Then again, you must have I suppose if you really believe your club will be debt free in 12 months time. I'm afraid the only way that will happen is if your playing in Welsh league Div 3! :laughing6:
