Spot on. All these people singing they'll riot if Malky gets sacked - they're just doing it as an excuse to rant and rave at Tan. No one can look at how we set up, and how we play, and think a change of manager might not be a positive thing in the long run. Been handled shit, yes, but what I've seen as the season progresses is a Cardiff City team that are getting progressively worse against Premiership teams. And you want to know the main reason why? Malky's style.

If he makes changes for second half just to protect our goal difference, it will show how clueless he is in these matches. You can't just sit back and defend wave after wave in this division. You gotta have a f*cking go at your opponents.

Because he's run past Taylor about a half dozen times already! He's hopelessly out of his depth and unlike most of the team has shown nothing to suggest he can make it at premier league level this season.

Whittingham is not doing much to help him though

liverpool have been good but we've been cut open way to easy the back 4 need to be narrower so they cant play easy passes inside our LB & RB so easy like they av been doing & getting done route 1 at this level is shocking back 4 avin a mare

our only hope is when he does eventually sack malky our new manager can do a similar job that has happened at southampton cos they didnt want adkins to leave but i bet now they loving their new gaffer who they didnt want last season

Yep.

Restored a bit of pride to what had been a disaster of a performance. Not taking anything away from Liverpool but we let them do as they pleased in that first half.

Cornelius and Campbell have looked good alongside each other. Shame we've only seen it after we've gone 3-1 down.

A similar positive approach to games like at Hull, Palace and Stoke and this whole situation may have been avoided.

We can play. I just wish Malky would change his system to allow the players to do so.

Like Malky or hate him he always came across as a gentleman and thats coming from a Swans fan. I hope a new manager can turn it around for you quickly.

Whatever the reasons we were a different side in the second half.

A bit of pride restored. :ayatollah:

PembrokeAllan he was the worst player on the pitch by some distance (odemwingie also crap but didnt really have much service) Every other time he had it - he gave it away.

He was on the pitch for 58 mins and made 2 successful tackles... A defensive midfielder :D

Don't really know how folk can really criticize the tactics today, we kept Liverpool quiet for most of the first half but we were undone by an unstoppable Suarez and a disastrous final 5 minutes.

If we had ended the half at just 1 down, then we could have got something from the game because we had a great go in the second half. Not to mention having a stonewall penalty denied, we gave a very good account of ourselves on here.

You look at all these pundits, managers and commentators. None of them are slagging Malky or his tactics off, maybe it's time we stopped expecting perfection and got realistic for a minute.

Shout out to the fans, they sounded fantastic throughout.

Beaten away at Anfield 3-1, by a team who have just gone top of the league. No shame at all in that.

Looked like a wave farewell from Malky at the end? Seems like a good guy who will walk into another job. Celtic?

Different team when he changed tactics 2nd half, looked like the players looked comfortable as well. Haven't been a big fan of his tactics this season. Yes we are currently above the relegation zone, but at least show some umph against teams like palace and stoke

Taylor was the worse by a mile! Also don't forget it was double substitution like said it was more to do with change of formation than individual players that made the difference.

The stats agree with me.. Medel and Odemingie worst on pitch.

Performance ratings out of 10. Medel 5.7 - Taylor 6.4
