And how can it be classed a sell out against man city when there are empty seats.
Notice no mention of the ducking out and shitting your pants when told someone was close by

I don't admit anything of the sort about hundreds of empty seats, as there wasn't.

There weren't empty seats, hence the sell out & official confirmation of the sell out.

Who's going to know more - the official club ticket office who confirmed the sell out, or the obsessed jack on a forum who sits watching his rivals and counts up any empty seats he hopes to find. :laughing6:

I've already posted a link for you once, which declared the home end a sell out. Of course, you'd know much more than the club about its ticket sales, wouldn't you?

O I take it back, fans were dressed as seat that day.
You can post as many stats as u want.
There was empty seats that day.
Now u could say the stats include season ticket holders who didnt turn up but have bought there seats.
In witch case its even worst as it was a nice day, sunday, early on in the season, against one of the big teams.
So what ever way u want to paint it, it is still shit.
And to think u want a bigger stadium

Happens at every club, including Swansea. You were sometimes as low as 12k in the championship, whilst we had double. :thumbright:

When it was raining I agree there must have been many watching in the concourse as there were many more empty seats.
Stop your bullshit and blaming the club about not selling the seats ffs as ther are empty seats every home game as there was against man c as I watched it.
Now I know not every season ticket can make every game but hundreds? Come on.
And stop trying to blame away fans not selling out as the days of keeping 1big section of a ground just for away fans has gone and clubs know how many tickets away clubs have weeks in advance in order to sell empty seats.
Even annis has posted in another thred on who is bringing what and allocation for the next few away games.

Whether season ticket holders decide to turn up or not, we have sold out every home game this season.

Like I have said barry it must have been season ticket holders who didnt turn up for what is one of your biggest games.
And its your first season in the prem?
At least our ground was full every game the first season .
And by the way just because stats stated a sellout! Dont mean your stadium is full.
Im sure u can grasp that.

Are you trying to claim that every single Swansea ST holder attended every single game in the first season!

The game was a sell out, pure and simple. :thumbright:

Do you understand the meaning of "sold out"? It means that every ticket has been sold. That has been the case at every single home game this season.

I missed the Man City game this season as I was away at a festival, even though I'm a season ticket holder, does that not mean it was a sell out? :laughing5:

I couldnt care less either way, in fact i find this topic mindnumbingly boring...

However, by the time of kick off - if someone wanted to buy a ticket then they could have.

To me that is not a sell out.

Re: West Brom attendance

Wed Dec 18, 2013 1:49 pm

At the end of the day its still 6000 more than Swansea have had at any of their home premier leagues fixtures. By next year IF we are still in this league, for the games against Swansea, Utd, Liverpool etc we will have 12,000 more than Swansea have ever had at their tin pot council owned stadium.

With our attendances from last season we would have filled your stadium every game. Even little old Newport county could fill your ground most games in league 2 :D :D :D :D

Re: West Brom attendance

Wed Dec 18, 2013 5:32 pm

What a guzzler!!!!
WBA sold their 1800 allocation because they turned down the other 1000. Thats why there was a big gap. Usually the full allocation is 2800 unless there is a chance of trouble (like with you).
If WBA had brought their full 2800, the attendance would have been nearly 27700. Three hundred short of capacity against WBA in the pouring rain 2 weeks before Xmas is a decent effort?????
Obsession by Jack barsteward.

No. I've been posting facts & evidence to back those claims up.

All you do on here is post rubbish about how you got off over supposedly seeing an empty seat during the man City game, which has be proved to you as a sell out.

You then start blabbing on about how you had your stadium first (probably because you has to have someone to build it for you and own it for you!)

I find it rather bizarre that the worst supported team in the premiership is trying to win a discussion about attendances.
