Hmmm not 100% on this one, I feel a bit happier that he is writing the interest off and will probably turn the debt to equity, but I am still a bit worried about what happened last week that we definately know about, and also what happened that we haven't been told about?
Malky will also be feeling the pressure more than ever now which can't be good.....

Correct ^ I witnessed a worker getting sacked for theft but the employers never told anyone outside the company and the worker in question got a job and moved on..

He was interim, the board has had a reshuffle and the head of recruitment doesnt exist anymore as Dalman is now dealing with agents and transfers.

Nah, you couldn't. It makes me laugh when people say if you disagree with the regime, you shouldn't go.
If I left, I'd be "not a proper fan".
If I stay, I'm "endorsing" it.
Craig, you've never disagreed with the club then? Did you stop going when Ridsdale ripped the fans off? I trust you did, going by your stance here..
Or is it that you're a massive hypocrite?
I suspect it's the latter.

What a crap example wez. For a start you would need good grounds to sack someone and they would have needed to have commited some sort of gross misconduct to warrant this. There is no evidence that this has taken place here.If the employee appealed against your action then you would indeed have to justify to him and others why and on what grounds the dismissal was justified.
You cannot pretend we fans are just mere customers. We are far more than this and are the lifeblood of the club. To dismiss us as mere customers is an insult to all fans blue and red. Why people want to know what is happening is that they care deeply about the future of the club and the implications of getting rid of a backroom member of staff who has a proven track record and is vital to our future ambitions only to replace him with someone who is completely unsuitable. If Malky is concerned about these actions and it worries him then it should worry us also. To give you an example based on your bar staff scenario then it would be like you sacking the best barman for no good reason and then to replace him with some idiot that drops your glasses spills beer on your customers and is also rude to them and then not expecting your loyal customers to demand answers or ignore them completely. I am sure if you acted in this way then the business would not only suffer but possibly fail to survive.

Both absolutely correct in my opinion. Football is a business like no other and Tan has learnt these past couple of weeks that he can't simply jump in and make rash decisions like he would in any other business he has owned because football has a public and media audience he can't hide from.
I have no doubts he has not been happy with the results or the way we have been playing football and has tried to put forward his viewpoints which have not gone down well with Malkay or the dressing room ultimately resulting in the players banning him.
With regards to the over spend, he evidently blamed it an Moody and immediately suspended him without checking the facts hence him subsequently being placed on gardening leave. Of course the press got hold of it and having then found out that Lim, his personally appointed eyes and ears had gone ahead and sanctioned all of this with out telling him, Tan simply couldn't admit he had made a mistake, it's simply just not done in Malyasia, imagine the impact it would have on his reputation and on the Berjaya Group
Prior to the Board meeting, Malkay's agent had made a threat to make matters public if Tan didn't. No such revelation has been suggesting that at the meeting Tan apologized to Malkay for interfering on the pitch and for the mistakes that Lim had made but of course there was no way Moody could be reappointed. Moody has received several years wages and will get a new job with Derby, Malkay has effectively been promoted and both Lim and the painter will soon be gone, as the acting Head of Recruitment role now belongs to Mackay (nice salary increase no doubt)
As successful as Tan has been in business, he has faced a harsh lesson in how to run and how not to run a football business. The various committees that have been set up seem to be a great idea and hopefully will keep Tan, Mackay and ourselves happy going forward. Roll on Chelsea

No I didnt feel lied to. What he said they were spending the money on had no bearing on me purchasing the season ticket early. I did that purely for the price freeze. By attending during the Ridsdale days, in some way I did endorse his regime as I was handing over my money to him. Just as you are withTan during this regime.
