great initial and subsequent posts.
It's all good news.
None of us have ever seen investment in the club at all levels and a promotion like we had last season.
There is obviously more to come and it looks like we will enter the PL like lions not lambs( o.k dragons not pussies).
The infrastructure investment i.e. training ground , academy etc will help build foundations for a powerful club into the future.
Mr Tan will inevitably need to raise money to fund this and this is where the red comes into play.I keep reminding people to read TG's letter at the time of the re-brand kick-off. If they thought they could have done the financial side with blue they would have done.He definately has common sense and is stepping up to be the Chairman/owner we should have had years ago.
It's fantastic for example to see Bristol City going backwards even with a very rich owner after all the years when they held the whip hand with the money they had.
In amongst all the bollocks you just have to be realistic.
One of my mates put it in terms of an army regiment just having to merge or change uniform but never forgetting or being expected to forget it's pride and traditions.
Looking forward to next season like never before.
