JonCCFC, no disrespect but you have been quite vocal on this subject, so are you seriously claiming you had little idea what was going on?

Nope, I was just a bit confused about what was actually going on, all I knew is that people were gathering outside the castle. But as always you're quick to laugh at people who are against the red. :sleepy2: Give it a rest.

It had nothing to do with being against the red.

You have been so vocal about blue yet didnt bother going to this event because "you didnt know what was going on" Its been advertised on the radio for weeks by bluebird37 on this forum for weeks and weeks. Yet you still didn't know..........it was a blue event so I thought you would have gone down anyway to show support.

Admit it, you were never that bothered really.

You've misquoted me there but okay.

All I read about it was that people were gathering outside the castle, wearing blue, holding up a banner saying "f**k modern football". There were also people mocking anyone who wouldn't turn up weeks before, therefore I didn't get a good impression of the event and I didn't want to show my support for something which seemed to be organized in the same way the unsuccessful march was. I thought it was going to be another pointless event so I didn't look much into it.

But it turned out to be a lot better than I thought and I fully knew what it was all about AFTERWARDS. So well done to those who did attend. :ayatollah:

But any excuse to mock fans who are against the changes.

Keep playing the poor victim card, someone may listen :thumbright:

Nobody mocked you about the changes, i mocked you because you kept on about the blue (fair enough, probably more than most on here) saying what a cracking event it was etc etc, then came out with "I would've turned up if I knew more about it" when its been advertised for weeks if not months on the radio. You could have private messaged Annis (he knew the organiser) or Bluebird37 who has been on here constantly advertising it but apparently that was too much effort. I was never going to go but I even managed to find out what was happening by asking the question on here about 2 weeks ago.

Seems a cop out to me.

I may have said once or twice that it was good that people were making an effort to show support for blue, but from what I read about the event it seemed just as pointless as the march so I didn't look any more into it, but I was proved wrong. It's as simple as that. And not that it matters, during yesterday's event I was revising all day for my upcoming exams so I can get into university in September. So on the list of priorities, my future comes before Cardiff City.

No. YOU give it a rest. You openly criticise anyone who can see VT's contributions for what they are (pretty bloody positive red apart) so it makes you no better than anyone else on here and (given your 'jump on the bandwagon style) perhaps a whole lot worse

What I absolutely don't do is 'laugh' at those who are against the red (maybe with the exception of you ;) ) as I actually agree with their basic dislike of the red. However, what I will maintain is that there is nothing they can realistically do about it and that 'on balance' Tan has been the most positive thing to happen to Cardiff City FC for many a year

You are not a victim JonCCFC, so don't keep playing the "you're only having a go 'cos I'm blue" card. It simply isn't true

As for your 'confused' comment I think you have a short memory. As I said, you have consistently commented on this march since its conception and for you now to say what you did IS 'laughable' at best. TBH, I honestly thought you'd gone on a pre-arranged holiday such was your 'commitment' to the blue cause

Obviously I got it wrong and you simply couldn't be arsed ;) You are now feeling guilty and you feel you let others down. I understand that but don't be too hard on yourself, as in missing it you are in the majority for once ;) :ayatollah:

I don't believe he has. Neither have I but don't confuse that with being against those who are openly de-stabilising the club with their constant negativity on a single subject when so much else is going right for a change :ayatollah:

It's almost like a vocal few actually WANT the club to implode  :(

Sven, you claim to hate the red, but seem to mock anyone who's willing to act upon that dislike for it.. :? Okay, you may not agree with their view, but there's no need to mock when no trouble has been caused.

As regards the march. It was very poorly advertised in my mind. Okay, everyone knew something was going on, but when people asked, nobody wanted to answer what the plan was. I guess Jon felt the same way as me on that. ;) ;) ;)

Barry, I fully agree (documented elsewhere) that no trouble was caused and have openly criticised one (pro-red) on here that started a thread that talked about fighting on the terraces

I haven't said I 'hate' the red. I simply said (like most) that I would 'prefer' the blue and continue to wear it to matches as an informal protest. I also maintain that it (the red) is just about acceptable in exchange for what VT has given us elsewhere and that we were very lucky that he came on board

As for 'mocking' I think you are deliberately one of the more comedic posters on here and amuse me greatly at times (a compliment not a criticism :ayatollah: ) but we all have our views and mine are simply that there are people out there who either WANT to destabilise the club 'at all costs' or simply 'jump on a bandwagon'

JonCCFC (IMHO) is in the latter of those groups and needs to 'back up' his views before making short and oft repeated comments which add little to the debate other than confirming his lack of understanding of the real issues surrounding our club in recent times. He also needs to realise people will 'pick up' on contradictory statements like the one above (as is the case for all of us on here) as there are some pretty sharp minds about ;) :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
