Is there anything wrong with me boycotting? Making a little side comment?

When it comes to Wales in Football, I struggle sometimes to even accept that the relations from relatives who were born in Wales allows a player to play for us but I try not to focus on that and put it to one side but a English born player leading the country I love out is just a disgrace in my eyes.

Tell me, how much control does someone have over where they are born?

The issue is the Grandparent rule not birth.

Robbie Earnshaw born in Zambia. I don't care where he's from as long as he plays well and he's not been great in a Welsh shirt.

What's 'funny' about someone with a Blue Badge, Nukes?? :(

You continue to surprise me in recent times

He parked his car in a disabled bay for two days. That's why I made the quip

Ashley Williams definitely done it on purpose.

Stupid thing to do.

He's been booked, RVP lived, in retrospect it could have done some damage but I doubt
that Williams was thinking "lets see if I can maim this Dutch c**t" at the time

Ferguson can be a right knob at times

it was just a wild swing at the ball, and it just so happened that it caught Van Persie square on the head. you got to giggle at the how quick Van Persie got up then fell straight back down

with Fergie saying he could have killed RVP, thats a little far fetched....serious concussion at most

Valley Lad wrote:I was laughing at Ferguson too..........until just seen it agin, where they've shown it from all angles, Williams only ever looked at Van Persies head, if he wanted to clear the ball he would have lifted the ball and looked up after he kicked it.

Also, the give away when Williams was interviewed, he slipped up by admitting he was frustrated??

Dirty JB

Don't forget, he's captain of Wales

He kicked the ball at exactly the same time as the whistle went. If a Cardiff player had done it we wouldn't be moaning. Sorry, but nothing in it for me.

If the ball hit Van Persie in the wrong part of his head and he got severely injured, I wonder if the majority of you would still be telling Van Persie to man up? I dislike Man Utd, but I'm on Fergie's side for this one. Petr Cech, John Scales and Ian Hume are just a few examples of what could have happened to Van Persie today.

Oh shut the f**k up you closet Manc

Grow up you closet jack! I despise Man Utd and all their armchair Sky TV "supporters". If that's seriously your attitude, you clearly thought there was nothing wrong with the challenges on Petr Cech, John Scales and Ian Hume either? The replay shows Williams looking directly at Van Persie's head, he clearly meant it and the way Van Persie's neck snapped forward, he's very lucky Williams didn't do any long term damage to him. I find it absolutely staggering how anyone can defend Williams when the evidence is there for all to see. Williams doesn't take his eyes off Van Persie's head. He intended to hurt him and it was a dispicable act.

So everyone else not tearing into Williams are closet jacks, are they? You can't compare yesterday (where the ball and not an actual limb made contact with RVP's head) with Cech or Hume's injuries. Besides, it wasn't premeditated.

And try spelling properly. It's 'despicable'.

You despise the sky tv supporters  bet you watched yesterdays game on sky . It was an accident regarding williams, just think about it, swansea were under pressure and williams was trying to clear the ball, why would he want to give away a free kick just outside the box, it make's me laugh when people(cardiff fans) say he did it on purpose. Anyone who has played football or knows anything about the game will tell you it was an accident..

Should have kicked the ball harder in my opinion! Fuk man united. Can't stand swansea, but I find myself hoping they beat the likes of man.united liverpool, chelsea, arsenal, just to shove it down the necks of all the plastic fans of them clubs from south wales.
