I do - seeing as until it is done, we are paying interest on the loan.

You're wrong, we are not paying any loan money to VT, even the club have said that VT has not taken a penny out of the club, the money is owed to him on paper through balance sheets, same as abramovich at chelsea and at many other clubs, also, anyone involved in business, especially high finance will tell you, a 7% interest rate loan is quite a low.

One minute you claim we aren't, then you say it's only low.

Make your mind up.

Good for you. Hiding behind a keyboard? I'm on my ipad actually..

Seriously, it's nothing to do with "hiding behind a keyboard" - its not a pre-requisite to have everyone know you. People have different opinions, just because you don't agree with me, you don't see me demanding to know who you and are demanding to meet you. It's quite childish.

Of course the money has to be eventually paid back to someone, maybe VT or maybe a new owner has to pay for it, but as of this moment we are paying him nothing.

Which is how the debt builds.

I'd just feel a lot more "secure" about it all when he does the transfer from debt to equity.

Why dont you meet the posters you have questions for in a pub before a game if it really concerns you that much?

That's quite a statement!.....
are you saying everytime someone is questioned on here they should meet and get it on?

Is that what you would do?

But thats it you are not just questioning because of your concerns your doing it to try and stir and wind people up and get a bite.
Not sure what you mean when you say get it on? :?

Debts built up under hammam, he sold our best players to service them, debts built up under the riddler, he just let them build with us ending up with numerous winding up orders, transfer embargos, staff at the club not getting wages, our future transfers money being sold off to ray ranson, (do i need to go on??) now since VT has been in charge have any of the above happened???

Not yet, seeing as he's only had full control for a short while.

I don't trust the man - if he wanted to rebrand, why not talk with the fans about it? He sacks anyone who questions any of his decisions and originally didn't even want the bluebird on his lucky red shirts.

So, no it hasn't happened yet, but I don't exactly trust him either.

Cmon, you only have to look at his history as a politician to know hes not well. He was in the Merthyr Express every week, the national press also, he just loves the attention.

Yet again Adam acting off internet gossip and second hand info, if you actually did anything Cardiff City uch as go to a game, got to meetings regarding a subject so close to your heart   You may actually know what you are talking about.

There were over one hundred people at that meeting, they will give witness as to what was said by me, now the actual truth is what I said was why protest now? what are you hoping to achieve, let's give him six months and if we have found out that he has shafted us, then protest, and I'll be first over the fence.

Now being top of the league, owing no bills to HMRC or local business', now monthly winding up orders, and academy that has quadrupled its staff, a training ground being planned and built, a new indoor training facility built, the Egg thrown out and the stadium revamped, to me that sounds like progress rather than shafted.

As for turning the debt to himself to equity, personally that don't bother me one bit, it's just business decisions and either way he totally own us, people seem to think that if we turn the debt to equity, then we own the club, total bollox,
whilst others keep bringing this up, you'll find it doesn't bother me, and also as we know without the agreement of Langston, the debt to equity can't be done, i'm sure when it is done and it makes business sens for Vt to turn the debt to equity then he'll do it, on the other hand if it makes more sense for tax or business reasons to leave it as it is, then so be it, either way he still owns the club lock stock and barrel.

That's the truth and fact Adam, but don't let it spoil your image of how it is in internet gossip land.

Translated, what this actually means is... "I'll make a load of excuses for the Malaysians not doing what they said they'd do, point out the far less important positive things that they have done for us, and maintain that i was right even though i was wrong from the start to avoid looking stupid and like i've let my club down."

Why would they set out to do it deliberately? That would make no sense to them.

But if they ruin our club accidentally then that's perfectly alright is it?

The fact is that not only have they rebranded the club (which is bad enough to the most loyal fans amongst us) for no reason, but they havent even done the most important part of what they said they'd do to make it even relatively worthwhile yet.

I for one am enjoying the ride and have not got any reason to distrust Vincent Tan in what he is doing for my club. I much prefer to be playing at this end of the league consistently in front of the biggest crowds i have known. 20000+ every week and we are didappointed. That says everything about how far rhis club has come. The debt will be paid off have no doubt.

In the meantime enjoy the ride and don't let the doom merchants and fake City people on here convince you other wise. They are becoming less and less by the week as Cardiff keep winning and the crowds get bigger still. (Have you seen the tickets going out for Peterboro and Palace games?)
