Maybe maybe not, but it is not just the parents involved, classmates, relatives, neighbors. They are all in this nightmare. When I was a child a young boy here was abducted and killed like in 1978(?). It really rattled a lot of folks. Like I said before I don't think jail time is probably right, but a fine is appropriate IMO.
