The Malaysians have only delivered 25% of what was promised by backing the manager and the other 75% has still not been delivered.
1)Expand the stadium: This could be done now if the so called demand for family ST is there. - Don't think we are doing it until we get into the Prem They said they would do it if the re brand went ahead
2)Training facilities: No news on this - As far as I know they were still looking for a suitable location They said a place was already being bought if i remember correctly
3) Debt to equity - Not done yet

Until the three promises listed above are delivered then we have to be cautious because lets face it we have been shafted by previous owners before, now I actually trust the Malaysians to keep their word on the promises made but debt to equity has to happen by Jan/Feb to keep the momentum going.

The same posters and so called"fans"who questioned if the Malaysians would make good of their word and back Malky during the window have been proved wrong. These same people then try to deflect it with the time honoured "yeah butt he's charging us 7% and it's all loans and he wants to eventually f**k us by closing the club down while losing money in the process". When the tedious subject of debt to equity gets completed there will be something else for these glass half empty saddos will find something else to groan about. The fact that Malky and the board have assembled the finest squad of players in the modern history of Cardiff City whilst in the last two and a half years keeping us not only afloat but improving all aspects of the clubs infrastructure doesn't mean that much to the grumblers. It's incredible how many have jumped on the debt bandwagon when nobody questioned the motives of Sam Hammam at the time of his spending sprees.

No they are in it because they see a potential to make money as an investment, they have the funds needed to back upo their plans and the contacts in the far east and business world to maximise the potential, so if it's a case of the Billionaire business men from Malaysia, or the window cleaner from Splott, I think I'll stick with the successful businessmen.

NO. The rebrand has just made it easy for people with agendas to stir up 'rifts' between fans
and cause more strife because they HATE the Malaysians. Luckily, barely anyone fell for it.

Tan has fucked up with the rebrand. No doubt whatsoever. Personally I hate it. But am I f**k
going to sit in judgement on Season Ticket Holders etc who are investing in the Club and
