Only well run because they screwed their creditors.

And what are we going to do to ours then Gareth ?

Pay him off with an agreed settlement. Hopefully.

Swansea would not be in Prem League if they hadnt screwed people and if they hadnt cheated CVA then the 10 pts deductions would not have come into place and Wrexham would be still be a league team.

Any idea what a CVA stands for? Company VOLUNTARY Arrangement. Sounds like the same thing to me - an agreed settlement with creditors to pay a reduced sum. 5p in the £ or £10m instead of £30m. What's the difference?

5p in £ is a nominal amount and would not have been done had 10pts deductions been in place. Sam was owed 15million at start and with interest it rose to 24million. VT is actually offering Sam his original investment.

Doesn't CVA only have to be agreed by a certain percentage of creditors, thereby leaving an oppossing percentage who did not want the deal.

Ah, your one of those. Okay.

Stick by my original post though, Swansea do not waste money and all their signings seem to do the job and get them a good return on their outlay.

Always make me laugh when i see that, because it's hardly a voluntary arrangment is it??? it's a take it or get p*ss all offer, not much of a choice in my book, ask the creditors you've shafted TWICE, ask them what they thnk of a CVA.

Re: Maynard?

I've read he's on the way to his medical. Rarely does it get that far if personal terms haven't already been agreed in principle.

Why wouldn't it have been done if there was a 10 point deduction in place?
