We're still over twenty places above you lot, so what does that make your club?

As far as playing in a "council house" is concerned, so do Inter and AC Milan, who have eleven European Cups between them. And they are not the only BIG clubs in world football who rent their stadium.

I'm a creditor of The Swans, as is Alan Curtis & John Hollins, and we were willing to take a hit so that the club would survive. I suppose the bluebirds would have done the honorable thing and gone into liquidation. Just think you might be now have been at top of the Premier League, given a fresh start.

Your bitterness is an embarrassment to the majority of your sensible fans. Grow up.

The fact you accuse everyone of being him is odder.

Just sayin.

Touched a nerve have I?

BTW Hollins didnt vote as he thought he could so via phone which is why the 5p in the £ rip off started.

Answer this question-would SCFC be in premier league had CVAs been like they are today (i.e.would you have taken a 10pt deduction to pay your creditors 5p in the £)

Re: Sinclair to Citeh for £6.2 million

Mon Aug 27, 2012 7:19 pm

The sum of the cva was only 46k the rest was bought out my mel nurse.

Again, just sayin...

Answer the question that I asked please. Would SCFC have taken CVA and ripping off 5p in the £ had 10 pt deductions been in place?

There isnt a points deduction for a cva only administration.

Administration would only come if the creditors refused the cva.... Which they didnt

wrong. If a club enters into a CVA they are deducted points because of teams like Swansea and Leicester who used CVA to avoid paying debts

Re: Sinclair to Citeh for £6.2 million

It is no different to what we are doing. We owe Sam nearly £30 million and are asking him to accept £10 million to wipe the debt out.

Ripping him off to the tune of nearly £20 million.

You are very wrong in thinking its punishable by points deduction. I urge you to read the rules.

Roathmagic is back.

What we owe Sam is debatable. He is owed a sum of money which he should be paid back and the deal is under negotiation. We certainly wont pay him 5p in the pound though.

Yes.

Next question-would SCFC (who have done very well in the EPL)be in PL if 10 pts had been deducted?

I see no reason why not.

I love the fact that anyone that speaks sense is labelled roathmagic.

The deal is not under negotiation. We are offering him less than what he\\\'s owed and he\\\'s rightfully rejecting it. Swansea did this for 46k. The amount we borrow to pay Bellamy for 10 days. We are doing it to the tune of £20 million.

Let\\\'s not throw stones eh? It\\\'s a bit like Ian Huntley frowning at someone for smacking their kid.

Hammam claims to have put in x amount whilst the club say it is y amount. Hammam lied when he came in saying that he would pay for his own seat etc and that he was putting money in yet the money put in was borrowed. However i'm not in the know so am unaware of what Sam borrowed and what we actually owe.

Were you not in league 2 (div 3 at time?) near bottom when this happened so you would have been in conference with loss of 10 pts?
