Where did I say that, I am asking questions and saying I would asses him after at least 10 games and yes prob if we were near the bottom after 10-12 games and the football still looked negative ect, yes I would sack him, but at the moment I am asking for fans to give him a chance.

Pathetic for even discussing it at this point!!

That's your answer is it, when so many on here were calling for Malky's head after the Bristol game, that's what forums are for,I can see this one is not for you.we can't even have a debate amongst fans.

Personally, I'd give him the season. But that's just me. We've seen what wonders Malky can get the boys to do from last season, he can do it this year. As soon as he gets the tactics right we should be in for a good season.

Elliot and that's your opinion and everyone should respect it.

Elliot that is the good and proper thing to do under normal circumstances. But we ain't that normal club we don't have time for Malky to learn and get it right

Like Chelsea, they shouldn't have sacked AVB, I think he can become a great manager.

It's all about patience nukes.

For the record, Di Matteo was my first choice manager for Cardiff. :D

Give him till end of October.

He hasn't had just 3 games. The team has been poor since December. The excuse always being lack of strength in his squad and tired players.
What on Earth was he thinking for pre-season? Players openly critical or "disappointed" about not playing.
He has now options a plenty upfront and in midfield. Yet plays a 4-5-1 without wingers supporting the lone striker. Cowie, excellent CM, but played out of position. Conway? Mason? Harris? Helguson winning flick ons (just like Rudy) with no bugger within 20 yards of him? It just doesn't make sense.
What about Etien? Looks sharp, especially with Mason, yet Helguson stays on for too long leaving it too late to change things.
Finally... The defence is still a sham. Slow CB's and FB's who either can't defend or can't distribute.

This is not a knee jerk reaction. City's owners will not be patient for long.
Huddersfield... Should of lost. Lucky win. Brighton... Clueless, looked tired. Bristol... He looked lost on the

Malky has now spent a fortune. Clock is ticking.

Forever Blue wrote:But I honestly believe we should give Malky 10 to 12 games.

Let's look at the alternatives we had.

Alan Shearer was the one Tg and Vt wanted and we only never had him due to Shearer turning us down at the last moment.

Robbie Fowller applied, never given an interview.

Di Matteo, had an interview told not to come back for a second interview.

Chris Hughton applied also told not come back for a second interview.

So if Malky is sacked, who can we get, but who at our club is the right person to chose him ?

I def never wanted Shearer.

Personally I once again say give Malky a chance for at least 10 games.

A chance is more than just 10 - 12 games though? If reading followed that approach McDermott would have been sacked and they'd still be in the championship.

One derby defeat does not maketh a season. Judge him with 10 games to go
