O/T FILMS THAT MAKE YOU CRY

'Tarka the Otter' and 'Man on Fire' have me blubbering like a baby every time.....

Not quite the same thing in a way but the opening 25 or so mins of Saving Private Ryan, the beach landing, stunned me to the point of tears. Only seen it once in the cinema and have never brought myself to watch it again despite having it on video / DVD. It's the fact you know it happened thats gets me.

Always feel sad at the very end of Saving private Ryan,,,after all, every war memorial & grave has a story to tell!

Some great shouts in here. Champ, Watership Down (the scene where he thinks his brother has died and he has a vision of his brother's spirit to the soundtrack of Bright Eyes), Marley and Me, bizarrely the end scene in Armageddon where Bruce speaks to Liv and, call me a pussy, but The Notebook is also really sad at the end when his wife's amnesia kicks in and one minute she's saying she loves him and the next minute she freaks out and says she doesn't know him.

Green Mile and the funeral scene in Once were warriors!
