Its a very negative campaign which isn't going to get Dizzy anywhere. Gosh, I'm accused of sniping at Aniss etc how about people sniping at the club???? We're red this season, get over it, put your energy into doing something far more positive about changing us back to blu rather than a smear campaign. i've seen these tactics before and with perhaps the exception of a general election it won't get you anywhere in this respect, if anything it could lead to a hardening of the club's stance on the matter.

Dizzy you say? is that what you say to people face to face?.....And you are promoting god as a christian!!! :o

This thread asks a genuine question. The home kit and badge have already been sold out, almost anything could be next. If Fake Tan gets his way I shudder to think how CCFC is gonna look in a few years.

The gates would not be touched and neither would the garden. The gates are a piece of history from ninian park and would not be touched. If he did it he would loose all support

Trouble is, the argument is one vicious circle. sellout/fight/collapse without cash/sellout/fight.. yadder yadder yadder.

Those that want to fight it can, go for it.
I just feel it is pointless and futile.
I hope you do have some success, but I doubt Tan will budge as he will want to save face.
Me, as much as I want the blue and badge back will just use my energy supporting the club.
We will go back one day anyway IMHO.

BTW, I know I use the word sellout earlier, but something can only be sold, if it's for sale.
The fans never sold the club, that's for sure. The fans are not sellouts. :ayatollah:

I think if you read the New Testament, especially John's gospel, you'll find some of Jesus' remarks rubbed people up the wrong way and were rather cutting, just check out his conversations with both the Pharisees and the Sadducees. The reason it did so was usually due to the issues and agendas of the people he was talking to at the time who liked to control people and how they thought about particular issues and wanted to prohibit them from thinking differently about the ideas and knowledge they wanted to maintain a monopoly on.

Just raising points with some people is all I'm doing, and challenging the often bizarre set agendas and attempts at scaremongering that surface on this board and as it appears through people such as yourself... why can't you take being challenged on your views???? Something wrong about that I think.

I'm also awaiting for yourself to come up with something worth discussing regarding the re-branding rather than vitriol and diatribe. You obviously don't know my views on the subject and once again jumping to presumptions about my views rather than asking me outright. Wasn't it a Man Utd supporter you called me before????

Well... I've never supported Man Utd and have always professed that there are 2 teams I support; Cardiff City and whoever is playing Man Ure. I've supported them for the past 20 years, since I was a young boy, going with my dad, eating kit-kats and drinking from a flask of coffee in the "Spar Family Stand". I remember watching Eddie Newton (quality player), chanting for Nathan Blake to come on the pitch, seeing the Phil Stant's disallowed goals in the FA Cup and not being able to watch the Man City game and having to watch it through a crackling old TV at my uncle's house. I was in near tears the past few years watching city in play off, fa cup and league cup finals where memories of my Dad came flooding back and were made all the more tangible during those experiences. My Dad before he passed away said I would never see the City in the Premier League, that was a few months before Sam took over. Why am I telling you these things???? I think because you need to understand that I have a long and deep connection with the football club that I love, with many significant and deep rooted memories. I'm allowed to have a view on the rebranding, and because I'm in support of it doesn't mean I am any less of a City fan, nor in particular does it mean I'm deluded. It means I don't want to divide city fans, but neither do I enjoy the propaganda about MY club that is damaging and hurtful which is professed by yourself and others which is far more prevalent in driving a wedge between supporters.

Robiwee is not in tune, he's make a wild and random accusation based upon his fears, and fears are not always rational which means they are not always right nor will they come to fruition. I wanted to establish if he was serious or whether, as some others have done, he was putting out a wild statement to sensationalise what is going on in order to stir up more antagonistic feelings towards the change.

Now, on the point of the re-branding, my basis for going along with it is not going along with it for the dangle of a carrot. I can see the arguments for expanding into the eastern markets and as VT knows more about the eastern market than me I'll trust his judgement on that. I hope the £100m will come to fruition too, although he has already invested a large sum and I'm happy as long as I have a club, and preferably one challenging for promotion to the Premier League. If he keeps bank rolling us on the basis of engaging with a wider market then I'm happy. What will be will be. I support the club but I do not own it, its up to the custodians of the club to do that, I guess it takes a little faith ;)

Apologies on the Man Utd thing, it wasn't you it was Nuclear Blue, your avatars are quite similar hence the confusion on my part.

However!!!! The rest of your post is absolutely pathetic!!! I wasn't name dropping, was just trying to show my long standing following of Cardiff city; i could also mention watching players like Darlington, faerber, Schwikendorf, Saville, Dale, Pike, Hansbury and many more. You want something to debate, so I gave you something. But all YOU want to do is insult and contribute nothing. I wasn't the one jumping off at the deep end and going off on one, I think if I remember correctly that was yourself so who again has the insecurities???? I'm quite comfortable in how the club is running things, i don't find the need to make random wild accusations on a message board. Why I am concerned about is the aggressive and spurious postings of fans like yourself

and to go for the religion thing just because i have a different opinion to yourself is pathetic.

I've really got no idea abut the gate, badge and kit. but I really don't think we will be anything but Cardiff City, that would be business suicide and most definitely I don't think the league would allow it. Sure I read somewhere about them making rules following Wimbledon/MK Dons

All bollocks and I never called you or anybody else a Man Utd fan as I recall,if you can dig out that post I will stand corrected, everything else you said is a load of rubbish, your insecuritys are out in the open as you felt the need to prove you are a Cardiff fan by namedropping. The scaremongering and name calling has constantly come from you and tbh I am sick of listening to your drivel, you are a joke to your christian beliefs. You are not worth discussing issues with.

The post read do you think the bluebirds on the gates will be removed as part of the rebrand???????????????????,answer please
