But what was the answer?

If a claim is made that its the biggest ever budget available but there is no reference to what the previous "biggest ever" figure was , then the post tells us very little.

Our most expensive player ever was Michael Chopra at £4m.in instalments from Sunderland.
Unless Malky is given the kind of money that Leicester and West Ham had at their disposal last season
i think we will struggle to attract the quality players we need.

As others have said, better players require bigger wages. If we don't sort out the debt and fail to make the prem we are even deeper in the shit.
