I take no notice of any of the "Leaks" "Candid comments" etc on the forum. Just be patient and wait for an official statement from the Club! The people that matter will tell us all what is happening. :old:

No to Red and No TO any badge change to me identity is far more important than money and no amount of money should be used to buy my clubs identity.

Shoot me down say what you will that is my own personal opinion and I don't want us to sell out for any potential success.

To me as a young boy I have watched the bluebirds play in blue at home and yea I have seen badge changes the Sam Hammam being one being the worst .The identity of the club stayed the same but these changes which may happen now are to radical.

Will I still go and watch a different Cardiff City ? I will try but I fear the passion the pride and devotion I have in my club will be lost and something that will be gone forever and that is a disgrace.

You can't take the soul out of something or someone and expect things to be the same.

Are these Malaysians hero's or villain's? The answer is both what ever side you support but we will see what happens.

so 700 fans is a fair reflection ??

Are some of us getting a little above ourselves ? We are not shareholders, just paying fans who are loyal to a brand. We can chose to leave the brand altogether or try another. I do believe a few are looking for a reason to leave, its not the same as the 80's or 90's the aggression or underlying tension is not there, NP still clung onto it, this may be their catalyst.

Not a fan of the red home kit or the dragon. I will vote with my wallet. I will not buy a red kit, or any kit if the bluebird is not an integral element of the logo. But I am a Cardiff City fan and will still passionately support the BLUEBIRDS.

supporting you football team cannot be compared to favouring a specific brand otherwise we would all be united supporters as they have the best brand. in this country (britain) anyway.

Fair cop mate but thats your opinion I just cant see me supporting the club in a Red home shirt or a Dragon as a badge to me that then is a different club .Some say as long as the name Cardiff City stays the same they would support the club but surely to me you change the shirt colour and the badge then you are changing Cardiff City .To me supporting the City would never be the same and thats just me.

Where's this poll of 25,000 people result then? :?

Was going to ask the same. 25000, you sure

As an aside, everyone (and I mean everyone) I've spoken to is FOR the changes if its coupled to the investment that can guarantee us a future - and its a staunch and loyal City following here in the Rhondda. It's a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned.

What petition? It's not something I've signed or even heard of - and to get that many signitures it would have had to have had plenty of publicity for sure.

I signed the petition, mainly because when the petition against the re-branding was put out online part of the re-branding was a full removal of the bluebird and the nickname, from my understanding.

I have to say the same, I work in Cardiff and live in Barry, I would say 95% are in favour of the change if it secures "Cardiff City's" future. We are in a world of change, personally and in a business sense and its something I have been used to in my company for a few years! Perhaps this helps with my accepting the change as I see the longer term benefits! Bluebird always and I will always be there! :ayatollah:

I think that was the initial verdict, it was apparent they were willing to negotiate and invest!

If the home colour changes to red, then TG is a liar. Read his open letter. Whatever people think about all this, one fact remains. The chairman of Cardiff City is a liar. What else will the Malaysians lie to us about?

Madness, I see the mods are doing well during round two of Cardiff v Cardiff, f**k me we all support the same b*stard club, let's just see what happens, all this sell out, steeling our souls bollocks is pissing me off.

Carl/ Annis, whoever has the power to input some positivity on this, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! Your voice speaks lower than most so please use it wisely as most of the negativity streams from the so called leaders is making matters worse.

Polo what annoys me is that fans who are for the idea and changes are almost treated like scum for selling there souls.

I find it rather pathetic and sad that grown men throw bullshit at fans because it's not what the agree or disagree with.

I am personally backing the changes, not only will this put Cardiff City on the footballing map but being a director of a Multi million pound company, I fully understand the business and financial reasons for making the changes that have been put out to the fans.

Some fans are too narrow minded and think supporting Cardiff in the blue square premier would be a benefit to the City or Wales as a country, I just find it all pathetic.

Cardiff City, red or blue, some fans are never happy......

none of us know what the f**k is happening yet so why is everyone playing f**k about it and abusing each other?! no need, just wait until it's announced and you know what's happening, until then shutup!...my opinion is that im willing to accept the changes for the good of the club, i'd rather have a club to support than none at all! if you want to stay blue and not go to games because of it then fair enough don't go! but you can't be a TRUE city fan if you want the club to die just to stay blue, Cardiff City is who you support, you support it cos its your hometown club, not cos of the colour! :ayatollah:
