Im starting to think people work because they love the job there doing and do it for the joy of what it intails yet out there you will find most people do there job for money not because they love the job there doing or everyone would be in there dream job earning dream money .
That makes no sense. Not everyone can work in their dream job earning dream money, however people can want to work in a career for reasons other than finances.
I never said any diffrent i said most people work for money not because they want to work in a specific job.
My argument is simple. Not everyone is money-driven, many people work for reasons other than money, and not all people are selfish.

I repect your point but i dont know anyone who does not work for anything other than money which far outweighs being selfish or any joy that persons gets from the job and whatever it involves.

I'm sure that you know people who work for money, everyobody does of course, I'm simply suggesting that they have reasons for choosing their career that can be seperate from finances. Essentially, it's not the 'be all and end all' like it is for Mr Brown.

I get what you mean but i guess adam is no diffrent to any other working person he works for money to keep a roof over his head and put food on the table, while getting the most money he can along the way like everyone would want to that has a family to support.

Yes, however you should expect more than that from a Councillor. Someone who should acknowledge the vested interests of their ward and somebody who should want to improve the lives of the people they represent. It is perfectly normal for a 9-5 desk monkey to work for money alone, as their career is not a public one. However with a unique career such as thi
s, which entails improving the lives of many people, that should be your priority; not finances or personal gain.

Nothing wrong with that![]()
Left-wing is difficult to define, however it basically means people, political parties, or policies which aim to create a society which is more equal (typical examples are socialists and communists).
