I support Cardiff City, always have always will. Should the name change then that's it for me. Not only would I not set foot in the stadium I doubt very much I would even bother watching another club side on the TV let alone buy a shirt or other crap. I may have loved many women even got married once but there's only one football club anything else is just odd. That we will be RED at home next season with a massive RED DRAGON ON THE BADGE, with a mini Bluebird.
The new seats for the upper part of the Ninian Stand(once erected) will be all RED in 2013, followed by the whole ground being RED, this is just my strong belief and opinion.

And I will continue to go down there and Support them home and away even though I will hate what they have done and dont accept or agree with it, but if ever they take the name cardiff City away then I would call it a day.

1. we haven't always played in blue. If we changed to the original chequered "Riverside" strip would that also offend? A colour change doesn't bother me in the slightest. I gather we'd be playing away from home in blue anyway, so it's all fuss over nothing - buy the away strip if it bothers you.

2. we haven't always used a Bluebird as our emblem. If we used the dragon holding the chevron flag (1927) would that bother you? No it wouldn't (and I have a Bluebird tattoo).

Yet it was said in the first meeting the club couldnt last a supposed two weeks unless we change. Annis - Totally agree with you I will continue to support through thick and thin and can live with a mini bluebird inside the badge.

In the meantime:-

How about we adopt an international flavour to the badge where we would add a "Bluebird" above the crest instead of a "star" eg Brazil have 5 stars to represent 5 World cup wins - We could start off with 1 bluebird IE 1927 FA Cup win? (I'm sure this would be sanctioned as Man City have 3 stars just to give the badge a more continental fee)l!

Personally, I still can't make up my mind. If it was a yellow kit with a lizard as the badge it would be game over. The fact it is red (Colour of Wales), with a dragon (emblem of Wales) is the only redeeming factor. If it is a case of red or dead, then i guess it is red. We lost a part of our soul moving from Ninian (which i believe was necessary), would this be be flogging the rest of it?
