Since when is Britian a country??

I for one can't stand the British flag and am a very proud welsh speaker and Welshman. When I have kids they will also attend a welsh school so we can hold conversation together in our own language. We should be the ones learning English and the other way round. I'm currently travelling around the world with my girlfriend and when asked by people that we meet if we can speak welsh my gf gets embarrassed. I would also be ashamed if I couldn't speak my own countries language.

As for the flag, it doesn't represent any part of me, I'm welsh, I speak welsh and I'm very proud to say that I am to anyone who asks and will happily correct anyone when I get the reply of "Ahh the UK"

My UNION Jack Bunting will be up on the fri for the jubilee and thier are partys planed in the area to celebrate being british while we still can Besides its an excuse to have a summer party and the kids will enjoy themselves as much as i did last jubilee and thats what its all about

The British army are united under the Union Jack flag, always have been and always will be.
