I renewed last month for next season. Whatever division we play in, premiership, championship or conference - i'll be there!!!!!! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

The lack of January signings is obviously dissapointing but we simply don't have the luxury of spending millions of pounds on players like some clubs do. I think this summer Malky will look to sign quite a few players and also move quite a few players on. This isn't his own team yet. You get the feeling Malky only wants to trust a small group of players, who he still wants for next season. I would not be surprised one bit if the likes of Quinn, Keinan, Naylor and Earnie are moved on in the summer.

Carl,I'm not sure, as a student(27) years old I'm not entitled to discount student rate even tho I work 2 days a week for free and college 3 days for free with no help from goverment! I'm staring to think that the 350 will pay for 7 away trips which are far more enjoyable. Unsure atm

No.

You're not a Cardiff City fan, so why are you involving yourself in a thread asking Cardiff City fans if they're renewing season tickets?

because he's an obsessed weirdo and he's cyber stalking us.

Defo renewing Carl, really enjoyed this season so far, didn't expect us to be anyway near the playoffs at the start of the season. Haven't renewed yet because I have just moved house and it's a very costly time, but will be renewing very shortly before the deadline.

It's going to take a bit of time for MM to get us to the EPL, but I believe we have the right manager to do that. Very much looking forward to the remaining games, playoffs here we come. :ayatollah:

Yes - all done last month. :ayatollah: Just one thought on this -- I wonder how many plastics might drop off once the Ridsdale Golden ticket guarantee runs out and they have to face the new prices prevailing at that time?

All done last month - hammered me financially with four Wembley tickets and away tickets too, but well worth it :ayatollah:

Looks like the vast majority ARE renewing, nobody mentioned any concern over us not strengthening in Jan etc, well done all

I also think our summer signings could help shift a few more, plenty of time to go

To be quite honest, I'm surprised we managed 18,600 for this season, although many people were hoping for the Premier League when they bought.

Also, how many under 16s are included? I know from friends of mine that they started bringing their kids when it only cost £49 for a season, but now they have got older its a big commitment in one go.

At the moment, you have to go to 16 out of 23 league games in a season to "break even", and sometimes life commitments can get in the way for some people, especially with so few games at 3.00pm on a Saturday afternoon!

I've renewed. Now that I no longer play any sport, watching the games is my main hobby.

In recent years there is no denying certain situations have helped with the rise in season ticket sales, starting with the FA cup final, the play off final and the new stadium.

This season we reached the Carling cup final and as a result approximately 7,000 fans renewed their season tickets and around 1,000 became new season ticket holders.

March 31st is the current date to keep your seat for next season, will you be renewing?

What can the club do to encourage fans to buy another season ticket for next season?

I know a few people including family and friends who are not renewing because of the cost involved and other, more important, factors have overtaken.

Do you feel let down by the lack of spending in January, will that affect whether you renew or not? Many have said that we have failed in 5 seasons to strengthen in January, are you feeling the same way?

Why are fans not turning up in their thousands, like against Hull, barely 16,000 season ticket holders turned up, do fans feel let Down, is that the reason?

Let's remind ourselves this is Malky's first season, we should stick together :ayatollah:

We'll get more next year - in the Premier League!

In Malky we trust! :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Me & the Mrs renewed with Zebra finance, [for the third year],,& although we both work shifts, City is a part of our life.

I do believe the lack of team strengthening this season will effect the total st sales, but can only hope that things change behind the scene at City in the Summer & we can really push on next season.

Sorry to be negative, but you can forget promotion this season [imho] as the team, at the moment, simply isn't good enough!!

Rick, I will always renew, it will be my 40th consecutive season next season, but I have to agree, the lack of signings in January once again has made many of our fans fed up/not believing.

Annis, i don't believe that promotion was ever on our owners agenda this season, it was all about "consolidation" wasn't it?

A lot of people are pissed off with too many false dreams & not enough facts. I mean, does any one know City's next five year plan?

We are not in the Premiership, a club forty miles down west are, simply not good enough!!!

Rick, I honestly feel they thought they could do it on the cheap, what happened to the millions from the Carling Cup money ?

Re: " WILL YOU BE COMMITTING ? "

Sat Mar 17, 2012 10:11 am

As things look atm, we are a club with 49% using us as a marketing promotion tool for a country in SE Asia, & 51% just wanting their money back.

Is their any real, committed objectives & focus as to getting City promoted to the Premiership in the next year or two?

These are the questions most City fans want to know, these are the questions which, if answered, will influence the sales of season tickets for next season.

Re: " WILL YOU BE COMMITTING ? "

I think it depends on the last 10- games. If we somehow rediscover the form or a new tactic that enable us to get to the playoff's I think we will still be down a fair bit. We have lost momentum as a club. If we don't look like reaching the playoff I think it time to get inventive.

I have tried to buy a family season ticket for me and my daughter twice and we have sold out, so I am waiting until April 1st, this season city have sent me all around the ground in the "family overflow" and to be honest I really don't want to go behind the goals, I much prefer the Ninian as I was brought up in the bob bank, and that how I want to watch football, but the family costs £400 and the Ninian costs £650. how about letting U16's go in for the same as U16's in the family anywhere in the ground if its bought with an adult season ticket. We don't sell out 111 or 112 we could have family section there.

Anyway I am buying ours 1st April.

Renewed Carlos, my 47th season watching the bluebirds and still have the same passion as that first time back in December 1964. Will back malkey to the hilt, but I honestly believe he mucked up this transfer window, this league was there to be taken, now I do not think we will make the play offs. If Steve mc hail gets a good run, I think that will allow whitts to have more of a free roll and maybe we can go back to the high tempo, passing along the ground football, not this shit we are witnessing at the moment.
Anyway, premiership or conference, this mad Neath city fan will be there with his little pick and shovel :ayatollah:

An extra 10k tickets for Tesco to give away when you get relegated. Renewed btw.

Re: " WILL YOU BE COMMITTING ? "

I renewed all mine as usual, but I think that if we don't go up sales will be down by a fair few thousand.

Doesnt help that people I know who want to buy season tickets for a family section can't because its sold out.

Maybe some will become spare after march 31st.

I also think the club need to start putting ads etc.. in the Echo and announcements in the ground etc.. reminding people they will lose their seat if they dont renew by Mar 31st. It doesn't seem to have been widely publicised.

I'll be honest,I enjoy watching my 2 sons play on a sat aft for Ton+ Gelli Amateurs more than watching us.Also,I don't know if I can afford it anymore, the zebra thing isn't an option for me due to piss poor credit rating,so it simply depends on how much cash I can scrape together in the next fortnight. I also resent having to pay this early, end of May/June would be a more realistic cut-off date to renew.
