MALKI HAS F**K UP ?

i honestly think the board an malky tried to get players in but lets be honest , every player in the championship dreams of playing in the prem and i bet players we asked about or went for didnt want to come to us.Nearly all of us hoped for mid table at the beginning of the season after seeing our "stars" of last year leave the club and i bet players also seen us as a mid table team thats why we got players who were hardly know to most of us (except miller).I think with a strong finish this year players will see how good malky is how good our support is and will once again see us as a team going for the prem and be more appealing to other players.

I think Malkay has been his own worst enemy since the turn of the year because despite apparently being given £4m he didn't spend it. I cannot think of a single Bluebirds manager from the past who wouldn't have spent that money and been glad to.

This player recruitment department has failed this season and if I had any influence at the club I'd get the key to their office and lock it until the sumer transfer window opens. If we come up blank again in the next transfer window I'd close the department for good because it would clearly be not fit for purpose.

Also Malkay uses the small squad excuse after each and every poor performance / result but the way he has used the squad has made the small squad even smaller. Even tonight where there were clearly players showing signs of fatigue he only used 2 subs and they were used far tolate to affect the game. Are players like Darcy Blake and Filip Kiss no longer considered good enough to replace tired ineffective players.

In my opinion Malkay needs to take a good long look at what he is doing because for the first time he is looking lost. Did anyone notice he walked back down the tunnel when Hull scored their 3rd goal, what the f**k is that all about.

I'm sure the official excuse will be that the officials got the nig decisions wrong but that will serve to just paperover the cracks of a dismal performance on and off the field.

Malkay has a big challenge to bring some semblance of credibility back to our claim of playing for the playoffs because we are looking a very long way short of that just now.

We had a £3 mill bid accepted for a player, was on his way down to sign a contract, got offered more money from a premier league club.
We put in a realistic bid of £1 for a winger, club turned it down because Sir Ian of Holloway reckons he is the next Lionel Messi.

If you seriously believe these three were the only players we looked at then you are a fool. And i can tell you for certain that the scouting team is already looking at potential targets for the next transfer window. Whys that? Because if you get told "heres £5 mill, spend it in the window" you pick your targets carefully and try and barter with clubs. Why? So you get a better deal.

Come back when you have a better understanding of the transfer market and a better understanding of a clubs scouting system.

We should be up there, if we had hired Sam Allardyce or someone with a bit of exerience with this group of players we would be fighting for 1st or 2nd imo. If we take our slump as starting with the Blackpool game then it has been 7 games. And a month and a half.

Not good of course but we are still 7th and two good games now could put us back on track.

Why should we pay over the odds for a championship quality player? That's beyond stupid. Your calling for him to spend stupid amounts of money because 'money gets signings, signings win leagues' ever stopped to look at the teams that don't sign anyone and see how well they can sometimes do? Besides, start of season we signed 10 players with Gunnarson costing the most in compensation fees (a believed £1.2 mill). Add to that all the wages each player makes, appearance fee's, goal fee's, signing on fee's and other clauses, it quickly adds up.

We had a set structure this season of wages and player expenses. Get the balance wrong and where does it leave us? More in debt. If that's what you seriously want just because you want a star £5 mill signing then I guess your the bigger idiot mate

Plenty of over the top plaudits went his way when we were on a good run (Malky for Man U for example) and now we are on a poor run some of his failings are being highlighted.

Dont know if you were at the game last night as I know you live away but that was the most dire performance at the CCS, or certainly one of them, and the players and manager should not be exempt from critiscm after what we were served up last night.
