In all honesty im trying to explain why you can't buy players to make your squad stronger. The sooner you realise you have to live within your means the better off you be. I don't particularly want you to go bust.. i kind of like the derby game

The truth hurts.
Unless the Malaysians throw a lot of money in the direction of team streanthening, they will never see a return on their 'investment' - I'm not suggesting they do so, as we are in the shit up to our eye-balls now and don't need to be over our heads.
The trouble is, expectations are way too high at our club and that has been our downfall. Today was a reallity check for all City fans - we are nowhere near promotion class

A football club in debt, now you tramps should know all about that, afterall, you,ve cheated the taxman TWICE!!!!
At this point I think it's reasonable for me to point out we haven't "cheated" the taxman once, never mind twice as when we had our financial problems, the law stated that the taxman was a preferred creditor and had to be paid in full.
When our past financial problems are brought up it should be remembered that we owed 1/70th of what you now owe.
What a pathetic excuse to try and cover up for your "CHEATING," do you really think that when you went into administration the taxman got paid in full???? he might have had first call on your debt but you had piss all to give him, then there,s the creditors, ask the dozens of them from big concerns to the one man business, who were told to take 5p in the pound or get nothing, ask them were they happy???? idiot!!!!

Some of the decision making from our players and manager today was bewildering.
Marshall does not communicate enough with the back 4 - something that Heaton has become adept at doing.
All over the pitch we were 2nd best. All the simple basics we did properly earlier in the season were nowhere to be seen.
When we did have the ball near the box, we looked like a Jones team again - kept passing and passing, waiting for a hole to magically open up, allowing us to score. Alternatively, when we did something with the ball, we crossed it high for the mighty f*cking GIANT Kenny mMiller to put his head to it....
Todays performance was the anthesis of last weeks performance.

GARY CCFC wrote:I agree. I'm hoping Rudys injury is a blessing in disguise and we can get a new striker on loan. Sorry to say but Rudy looked lost today, he's not up to championship standard, he's big and lacy but just isn't using his strengths. I'd rather play miller upfront by himself and have 5 in midfield, at least Whitts can have more of an impact on the game then. We should have matched West Ham today bos they were first to every ball in midfield and whitts and gunnardson had no space. Mason looks like he needs a rest, surely if Rudy, Miller and Mason were on the pitch, Earnie should have made the bench, you have to have at least 1 striker on the bench.
Lukic, I thought looked lively once he dropped into midfield but totally ineffective when he came on and we kept lumping the ball up to him. Why once we have a tall forward do we stop playing our quick passing game, on the deck which has been effective for the start of the season. I'd like us to back to
Marshall, Hudson, turner, Kev, Taylor.
Lawrence, cowie,gunnardson, Conway
Whitts
Miller
