Palace fans always seem to come up with a story or two. A few years ago I remember it was a disabled girl in a wheel chair being harrassed on the underground by Cardiff fans.
It is all nonsense and that story about the 63 year-old is full of obvious bollox, like the Police witnessed the whole incident from the comfort of their van and did nothing. Not only that but I'm sure you are not allowed to take thermoflasks into stadiums and wasn't it heroic and convienent that a '16 year-old' Palace fan was on hand to give assistance.
Honestly if Palace fans are going to spread bullshit then for heavens sake do a better job of it than that.

Hi my fellow Welshmen really enjoy reading the forum.
Im a Palace fan & a Welshman living in Croydon who attended the game the other night & we had a good win but its only half time ain't it & did not see any trouble at all so cannot verify if the story is true or not.
But being a Palace regular I have attended other games against Cardiff many times over the years since I moved to this part of the world
On one of these occasions I did experience loutish behaviour before the match I was with the kids in the car at the petrol station outside the ground & was approached by eight Cardiff fans asking me where my mates were they wanted to fight the english in a very aggressive manner
Anyway I was dressed in my Wales coat as usual & pointed to the badge whereupon they realised they were acting like a bunch of buffons/morons to a fellow Welshman & promplty left so trouble does happen on occasions but this is no way exclusive to Cardiff City all clubs have a minority of brainless knobheads.
These were not young lads either, they must have been pushing fifty & predominantly overweight & dressed in appalingly poor fashion.
I ain;t got an agenda either I want Palace & all Welsh teams & especially our national team to do well.
Good luck for the rest of the season except for the second leg & your next visit to Selhurst in April hogia caerdydd.
