in the 80,s and early nineties when it was happening you would have to say on a national level cardiff were rated a lot higher than swansea.iv been to both with blues.swansea waited for us as we left the ground and were dispersed.cardiff,the game which kicked off at noon between xmas and new year had a massive police operation on it.mobs of city everywhere that day.i was in the city centre early with two girls and a lad with a broken leg so we just went as fans as such.it wasn,t just the zulus with a big turn out that day.i have no axe to grind with either team and i would say swansea were decent.same as wrexham.if you read the book topboys cardiff get a lot of mentions.so do birmingham city. to be honest i was involved on some occasions,i won,t make out i was a full time hooligan.a good mate of mine has been very,very active so i always knew what was going on.glad iv better things to do with my life these days.still go to the games at home but for the correct reasons today
