Go and live there then?

Why ? - just change the laws here and get rid of the problem !!! its not rocket science.

Ban alcohol then as well, because all the carnage in Cardiff on a Saturday night is because of that

A serious rethink is needed with drugs policy in this country, and no one on this forum is an idiot for agreeing with that, because it is the truth.

Of course that is because more people use tobacco and alchohol. If these so called "milder drugs" were legal, common sense dictates that there would be an increase in the deaths from those drugs.

If I meant numbers wise, then i would have said 'numerically': alas, I did not, so ratio or percentage should be assumed.

However you did not state ratio either and it is not commmon logic to just assume either without stating. Not trying to be terse just explaining.

If we are to asssume percentage like you said then you should back that "fact" up. Because that "fact" has no chance of being true. If there were as many people using LSD as there are Tobacco...the death rate would be much higher.

Tobacco is far more dangerous than cannabis, the most dangerous thing about smoking weed is the tobacco that goes into the spliffs. I actually did "stoned again" training recently which is about cannabis and its effects so know this as fact. I personally wouldn't legalise it though.

You are correct Steve but it'll never happen thanks to the ridiculous human rights laws in this country. Its all very well people saying the odd spliff here and there is ok. Trouble is 1 thing leads to another and many people end up hardened addicts needing crime to keep up their filthy habit.

It's ridiculous that we don't hang people? Wow...

Just like the late great Bill Hicks used to say in his stand up set, I have had some unbelievable, hilarious and fantastically mind bending times on drugs. i have also had some scary unpleasant and very dark times on drugs. The latter was because I was irresponsible with the amounts. I have had similarly good and bad experiences with alcohol (Burnley away last season!!) again thats down to lack of control. If you respect the bottle or the drug and enjoy it in moderation, its awesome. Smoking pot in moderation is great in the right place at the right time. If you have mental health issues or are troubled by anything, drugs should be avoided. I still love a spliff, enjoyed Coke, E and Drone but have stopped that now. LSD and other hallucinagenics are either fantastic or hell on earth and best avoided the older you get! But have had lots of issues with the booze in recent years, particularly the spirits. My saving grace was becoming a dad and having to be responsible at 630 am, and the severity of my hangovers as I went into my forties!!!! So no whisky for me at West Ham!

So what I am trying to say is yes, legalise drugs, the pro's just about outweigh the cons, currently its the other way round.

Human Rights Law is ridiculous-completely in favour of the criminal. In my opinion we need to bring back the death penalty for paedos, rapists, class A dealers, murderers and terrorists.

It'll never happen.

I agree with you on the paedos point, anybody who hurts a child should be beaten to death.

I don't agree on the others though, they should get life in prison where they can rot.

Dealers are scum.

Which is why some drugs should be legalised (and restricted).

At the tax payers expense?

Stone the bastards to death I say. Paedos and rapists most definitely. Murderers who plead guilty as well. Dunno about people found guilty of murder because too many cases where the jury have convicted the wrong people.
