A lot of Corkies are wankers though, put one in a room on his own with a mirror and he'll come out battered having being arguing for about 3 hours. Basically the Jacks of Ireland, and they hate most of the other Irish because of their inferiority complex. The handful that I've encountered on international trips are tossers who don't like anyone.

I'm looking forward to the Queen visiting Ireland, hopefully it will bring closure to a lot of people and show that the 2 countries can get on after all that has gone on. There are far bigger issues in the world we need to deal with.

In fairness there was, and is, bad on both sides. I can also understand people objecting to a Catholic man being killed by the 'real' IRA for making a living too. It does none of us any good going over it and getting stressed, time has moved on and reconciliation is need (a lot has been done already).

If you want to uphold a very acceptable grudge against England it should be against the ruling elite, land owners, politicians, aristocracy. As they are the people who have spent hundreds of years destroying Wales culture, language and identity. Your average Englishman/women probably couldn't give a shite!

Well If you want people to move on , then it has to be on both sides, What I will not stand for is a Hotel company,( head office in Manchester ) that tells Welsh people in there own country, they cant speak welsh in the kitchen cos the chef cant understand them, if you went to work in germany would you expect all the staff there to speak english cos you cant speak German ?
