From what I've seen and read on this thread Daya obviously needs to be on the pitch, which is fine until an offer comes in from West Ham for him to save their season. It'd be too much to bare, like losing Toshack as the mercurial winger gets us so close to the Premiership. People promise to never watch the Bluebirds again.

Well I think Daya needs to be given his chance and what with his age I'm sure DJ would be willing to pay him plenty. ;)

Re: Dennis Wise

Wise, Wise wherever you may be
You took leeds to division 3

Lets not forget that lads. Blackwell took Leeds to the play offs with the deduction, not Wise. When we were beating them with 9 men a few years back he just chucked on big forwards and launched the ball into the box at every available opportunity. We had 9 men, 9 men behind the ball and with the likes of Purse and Johnson at the back that just played into our hands. That is the definition of clueless!

BUT it's still not a better record!! ;)

What's to say Wise will do anything in the next 15 years of his career?

I will simply say this - he's Dennis f*cking Wise, remember him as a player?

And look at Roy Keane's Ipswich... Very similar thuggish midfielders in their day, similar good starts to their managerial careers...

And does nobody want to pay attention to what happened at Newcastle while he was there?

What's that?

Relegation?

Yes I think so.

An improvement on what we currently have? No. That is a fact.

No thanks

Why is he getting the credit for Swindon as well? He managed them for less than half of their games that season
