Well he's not going to get it back under Tans ownership and he knows that.

Aren't the Dalman loans underwritten by Tan? Making them as near as a personal loan between the two?
This was why Tan wanted more for the club unless the consortium sorted it out direct with Dalman.
Did they do this?

Think your basically correct.... that's why if it's correct they went to Monaco to negotiate a deal for paying him off? So tan gets his asking price which is 40m less without dalmans loan... dalman then gets paid by consortium at whatever timescale they agreed..

Correct, Dalmans loan (approx £40 mill) is unsecured againsnt the club but guaranteed by Tan which makes it a personel loan, if Dalman was to call in his loan Tan has to pay up or his business reputation would be shattered.

The trust, fab & whoever else attends Saturday will bend over and get fucked right up the arse by dalman, whilst they lap up every word that comes out of his mouth!
Sad state of affairs!
"We hear you"

Maybe Dalman has agreed to convert his debt into shares in the South African consortium bid and he’s going to break the news that they’ve bought Tan out
Pigs more likely to be flying and likely more spin as he’s being forced out of hibernation to protect his investment now he’s stuck with Tan for a longer period.

Presume Vincent alms will be there as rep of city supporters club not sure he'll bend over for anyone!! And fans advisory board are independent of club ... think people need to look at who's present before throwing insults at them? Garauntee no one will come out and say they were wrong if he says something that interests fans...

Thing is dalman has a record of bending truth, he could say water is wet and you'd doubt him.

Why as no-one questioned why dalman is meeting all 3 fan groups when was last time club did that?
Why is dalman on his own seeing as he's been very quiet past couple of months when club could simply put out a statement something people have been asking for! It's easy to say he's going to BS again but ask the question why would he do it in person and take flack from those present why not leave it to Ken choo? He may BS people but suspect its not only about this season there may be a bigger picture to look at..

Just hope we don’t have to wait months for the meeting notes like we usually do

I mentioned a few months ago in jest that the delay in the appointment of BBM was probably due an imminent change in ownership.
The lack of season ticket updates , the lack of kit availability on the open day this week ,lack of transfer news ( I understand signings may take time) and the total disconnect between the club and the supporters on the whole suggest to me that changes are inevitable.
HMMMMMMM !

Maybe so but people only interested in what BS dalman will say on Saturday? Logic can be a wonderful thing if used correctly.

Any sale of this nature is commercially sensitive, so he’s not going to say too much, which is why I think this meeting on Saturday will be nothing more than a “fishing trip “

Agree about commercial sensitivity but not all information is sensitive......a simple negotiation for sale of club is ongoing Blah blah thats sufficient and not releasing sensitive information just an example...... I've asked the question before why is he meeting all 3 fan representatives when club doesn't normally? Why him and not choo? Don't people find it out of sync with clubs normal behaviour? Plus who's central to takeover dalman for one as he's got vested interest in a consortium plus he's owed 40m that needs to be paid ... I don't think Saturday is a simple BS exercise by dalman because he just doesn't need to put head above parapet .
