Hope I am wrong and my mate who have worked at the club for years who just gave me this info is that all the talk now at the CCS is that Tan has done a u turn on any deal with any of the consortiums to take over the club from the advice of his lawyers telling him now is not the right time to sell the club wait till wether we get promoted this season and also wait for the result of the Sala court case, I am only posting what I have heard and its all doom and gloom at the club at this point in time because the majority of employees wanted the deal to go through.

Today has been full of people making up reasons why it won't happen when all the signs point to the positive outcome. It's almost like they want it to fail.

Some are never happy unless they have something to complain about.

I know much has been said about increasing the size of the stadium to accommodate Wales but I genuinely believe that, once we become established in the EPL, we could get crowds of 40,000 - 50,000 and possibly more long term.

We already have approved for 60,000

So whilst I would expect the FAW to make a contribution towards increasing the size of the stadium it really will assist CCFC more in the long run.

Paul it as always been the clubs ambition to make stadium 45k+ not sure if the original maximum of 60k is possible since they've built around stadium the access to stadium as been reduced so the capacity as also been reduced to around 50k ? But we will have to wait... of course the Ninian ext was done without costing the club money for faw..... the club can sustain st leastv40k if successful in premier league so go we wait to see if can get there or do we expand a bit more to 40k to accommodate faw?

We all have some reservations, mainly surrounding Tan’s volatility, but for it to be this far down the road, Trust/media/club denials aside, is not because Tan is leading potential suitors up the (proverbial) garden path

Surely every city fan knows it is time for Tan to go Even if they supported him in times gone past. Some maybe negative in post as they may not want to get there hopes up and in many occasions on here Annis has mentioned that Tan has either not looked at offers or turned them town without further discussions
If and I say If because I have no knowledge and just taking what Annis has said documents are prepared and ready to be signed then money has been agreed from both sides and it is just the smaller points within the contract that need to be agreed.
I pray that Tan will be a former owner as soon as possible and we can move forward again as a club

Ok, I know I will be called a Tan lover, but that not the case, I am a Cardiff City FC lover.. I do feel all is not right about this takeover talk.. really hope I am wrong but for some reason I think that some of the info is misleading.. gut feeling is that this is being put out with the clause being if it fails it’s Tans fault .. I hope I am wrong as I think many of our fans will have their hopes dashed..

I hope Annis is correct and I really doubt he would put his reputation on the line in this matter unless he has extremely good evidence from a trusted source
If I was the potential buyer thou I would be pissed off that someone is leaking this Unless of course that has been the intention in the background to do so in order to put some pressure on Tan
However if as said Tan has got all he wants then why would he not sign He is only not going to sign if the deal is not as mentioned

I've been on this message board since 2011 I don't know annis personally but just an observation he comes across with his statements very honest truthful and faithful so I believe whatever he says about sale of club I have no doubts

Gave tan what he wanted and negotiations continued well after the time scale ran out but as they were still negotiating preferred bidder was still active no reason for it to be stopped... besides why would tan go to bales if otto gave him what he wanted Inc dalmans money?

I know investors sometimes are not known but be nice to see people we need to thank for freeing us of Tan!

I have no reason to doubt anything Annis has said or that we are thankfully close, but calling people negative because they (we) want to wait until everything is official before celebrating is a bit much. Cautious for sure, especially after the Bale fiasco but negative? Come on.

I was especially excited about the Bale playing for CCFC rumours that were "nailed on" as going half way around the world to play & stay fit for Wales made no sense and look how that ended. Exactly how it's going to end for Ramsey, so excuse me for being overly cautious & not quite celebrating yet.

I certainly don't want any takeover to fall through & want Tan gone as much as the next man but I'll stay cautious until it's official thanks, even if others want to call it negative.

The media can only put out information they are aware of, and the preferred consortium have played a blinder keeping this out of the mainstream news. Indeed, it shows when a (well known) media buff starts asking people from this Forum ‘what’s going on?’ because there’s so little for them to build on

It is well known that Tan was seething at the Bale consortium speaking out publicly, and to date he hasn’t responded to them at all. That shouldn’t surprise anyone, given his track record on privacy since his arrival

I’m not sure if you’re a genuine Trust member or just another WUM, and frankly I don’t care. However, if you are a Trust member, you’re loyalty to that group must be called into question, and I point out that agree or not with him, Keith is transparent in his posts

Having said all that, there is definitely a chasm between the information Keith has (mainly not) received and the actual realities of the current situation and he has now been wrong on at least two occasions of late; saying there was ‘no Bale bid’, and now ‘no sale imminent’

Apparently, a lot has been said on ‘another Forum’ by Keith, yet on the same Forum, I’m told there is a blog from ‘The Other Bob Wilson’ (who I always enjoyed reading when on here) put out much the same information that was on here
