I will say again we just don' t want a squad of academy kids from different clubs and players nobody knows,
I few wise old heads on loan for a season to help us get out of this division .

Agree 1 or 2 old heads/ well experienced/leaders are needed. But don't think we are at panic stage yet

I expect a few more to leave but if we kept all those players, that's actually a very strong squad for this league.

Once we move a few more out and bring a few in, I'm comfortable we'll have a team and manager capable of winning the league.
