Well 90% of clubs debt is his so when he leaves it goes with him.... that leaves dalmans debt to sort out... we live in hope he will be gone soon!
Allan,
£32mill is owed to Dalman and £10mill to a Compony, both at interest , We were told this would not happen??

Tan told us we would be completely debt free including to him as he would write debt off.
Why hasn’t this happened and why are we now also paying a lot of interest to Dalman.
Technically tans written of most of debt as he's swapped debt for equity eventually you would think rest will be exchanged in same way so its his debt not clubs.. as for dalman he's put in £30m ? so that's the new buyers problem if/when they arrive.... other problem is tan asking for enough money so he can get his money back or is it to cover dalmans debt won't really find out if/when it happens
And that’s the part that is being overlooked. It’s clear there has been investment in the Club, otherwise there would be no need for debt. We’ve signed players like Robertson, Turnbull and Salech for fees, and others like Ramsey and El Ghazi. Yes they may not have all worked out but most fans were buzzing at the time and for whatever reasons sometimes it just doesn’t work out. So there has been investment, just we seem to be very good at wasting a load of money through bad decisions.
We’ve Borrowed £32 Million of Dalman at 9% interest and £10 Million of a Company at interest.
I thought we were never going to Borrow of others ?
And where are WE DEBT FREE ?
Debt to Equity?
What Equity do we have to cover such a debt?
Surely the debt to equity is simply tan swapping the debt club owes him into shares? Thats what Leicester owner just did last week so they wiped £125m off clubs debt....
That will bring the price of the shares down I would think.
Will this include the £30m owed to Dalman and that 3rd party company?
No as what we owe Dalman is what club owes him nothing to do with tan..... mind you dalman might do same.. share price no idea if go up or down generally its a paper excersise as tan owns majority of shares anyway...
More shares issued means the price per share drops, so that the overall value of the company usually remains the same just spread over a higher number of shares.
