Ralls for Etete.

Robinson chips a nice ball into Wickham, who chests and volleys. But it's comfortable for Lumley.

Very scrappy second-half

I assume O Dowda was injured. Ralls on for Etete… surprised he didnt take Robinson off.
Also if he is bringing a midfielder on Id rathet Rinamhota by far.
I just hope it doesnt put us on the back foot.

Bar again!
Ojo jinks inside and hits a shot. It deflects and balloons over Lumley - but into the bar!

We've been by far the better team and deserve to be winning.
Need to get that goal.

Philogene with a lovely cross again - but it's inches from Robinson's head. Less than 10 minutes to go here - the game is there for the taking for Cardiff.
Fri Feb 17, 2023 9:41 pm
Robinson looks like he has a hamstring injury, he's signalling to the bench.

Whats happened to Philogene… different player under Lamoucie. M of the M so far!

Could have, should have, did!
The story of the night was that the Bluebirds deserved this win against a Paul Ince Reading who came for a draw...
Romaine Sawyers with a goal right at the end of noral play
Reading's supporters went suddenly quiet as they left in their droves
Is there a fire drill...?

[quote="Sven"]Poor connection at the stadium tonight but the Bluebirds having the better of the game. So much so that Reading's 27 had to waste 5 minutes of game time with an overreaction to a McGuiness' chalenge that would go close to a BAFTA...!
Studs up …lucky to get a yellow …poor challenge in todays game …

A more than decent performance, a great 3 pts, and for the first time in a while the team gave us a number of 'edge of the seats' moments.
1. Win deserved
2. McGuinness should have seen red
3. Kept the ball much better
4. Togetherness in the team celebrations not seen for ages.
I'm not naiive enough to say we've turned a corner, but there is definately hope now that sirvival is possible.
I enjoyed watching the game, but ws still need change whether we stay up or not. Players and manager doing their bit, now the dictatorship need to do their bit, sell up and move on. Hopefully then we can see continued improvement and a real turn in fortunes.
