We need a manager that can give a decent team talk right now to turn this around.
It appears though this isn't going to happen.

My worry is that at the start fee would argue (myself included) that this is pretty much our best team.

Looked ok for 20 minutes then gifted them goal. Game over. Deteriorated quickly making woeful decisions in the final third again. City will be playing first division football next season, I am.accepting this. No new manager even with some new players will change this lot now. You can see it in their eyes, morale has gone. It reminds me of a Sunderland a few years back.
