In fairness some of our play in previous games as warranted wins or draws at least......tonight we've had same type of chances we've had in previous games but tonight we've scored them and not missed them. :bluescarf:

Shows how many more points we may have had without Watters leading our line

We’ve seen big improvements in performance off and on but no threat upfront.

Put a decent striker in and things happen. Two assists in his first start, all Robinson needs now is a goal for himself.

Just one salient fact. Watters started nearly 20 games got one goal and not a single assist. Tonight is no coincidence.

All we need to do now is hang on !!!!!

It makes a huge difference when you have a striker up front Watters was useless with and without the ball

First Harris is (quote you) "shit" after a couple of minutes played and then we are being pushed back at the same time as pressing hard...? :?

I realise you want to be as prolific in your new name as your old but really?

You really need a little patience, so you have half a chance of being accurate ;)

HALF-TIME SCORE: MIDDLESBROUGH 0 - 3 CARDIFF CITY :bluebird:
Bluebird scorers: Callum O'Dowda, Mark 'shit' Harris, Perry Ng

You said Harris was useless earlier too. Show some support.

Sven the word I used was not as you have quoted. Indeed Harris made me eat my words and for that I am happy. I still believe he is not a player of the quality needed to progress towards a playoff chasing team.

As for the performance it was as good as I have seen in many a year and like I said the importance now is to keep the clean sheet or prevent an early goal.

I was scared to come on here as Sky red button is about a min behind so no surprises

Far more direct, loving it

Robinson doesn’t need to score he is where he needs to be at all times Watters was a lost cause

Boro looking to start things on the front foot. Howson floats in a cross but it's claimed by Allsop.

Boro win a freekick just inside the Caridff half.

Played in, but Cardiff win a freekick after Fry is penalised for a high boot on Ng.

Chris, I’ve never understood the constant name changes.

IMO it should be stopped or blocked unless Annis is part of it all?

Let’s enjoy being 3 up yes I dismissed Harris early on in this game and his goal has made me look silly (but not wrong). Let’s hope he can get more than 5 this year.

This is a great performance. Oh and by the way I’m not one of the many questioning Morison as I believe he will become a top coach if given time.

Boro trying to make something happen, but remain at arm's length.

Ng puts in a great tackle to halt Watmore.

Why do people get so defensive about people having an opinion that differs to theirs? If we were all happy nodding dogs we’d still be playing in red with someone worse than Watters up front. Being critical and realising what isn’t working is key for improvement.

Another Boro corner here after O'Dowda's sliding challenge. Fans weren't happy with that and there's a little pushing and shoving in the box here.

Corner comes in but Cardiff clear.
