Don’t know of a stream but it’s on the sky red button. Bit of a tough watch so far despite their league position Barnsley are going to be no pushover. Created the better chances so far.

Bluebirds need to switch on at the back, as they contrive to give away a needless corner, which is then cleared
Barnsley's Quina (no relation to Fred) is starting to cause problems
LATEST SCORE: BARNSLEY 0 - 0 CARDIFF CITY

Cardiff's Watters tries to put pressure on Mads Andersen following a looping ball over the top, but nothing doing.
City's strikers haven't really gotten into this one yet.

So far Watters out of his depth
Wed Feb 02, 2022 8:21 pm
Close!
A heavy tough from Alfie Doughty sees the ball trickle into the path of Devante Cole, who declines the opportunity to play in his team-mate and drags a shot wide from 20 yards.

Stiles goes close after what appeared to be a pull from a City player
The Bluebirds need to take this game by the scruff of the neck and compose themselves better

Were not playing well

They got 2 new loanies 28 Quina and17 Gomes . Both look comfortable on the ball and are young and combative.

Balls gone back to smithies more times than its gone forward
Wed Feb 02, 2022 8:25 pm
Barnsley seem to want it more

Disappointed

Doyle clips a diagonal over the top and Hugill wins the knockdown, but no one is there. That kind of sums up Cardiff's disjointed attack so far.
McGuinness is then booked for a foul on halfway.

Very very disappointing by Cardiff so far
Wed Feb 02, 2022 8:28 pm
I nice little burst from Doughty, who takes it past two players before losing the ball high up the pitch as he tried to release Vaulks down the left.
All quite bitty at the minute.

Swear Barnsley are top of the league they way there stroking it around us. Lucky they have had nothing clear cut so far. Honking game so far after 42 mins offering nothing at all can't string 4 passes together. It has to change soon.

A Very poor first half by Cardiff against by far the worst team in the Championship
Wed Feb 02, 2022 8:30 pm
Remy Vita picked out at the far post, but scuffs his first-time, half-volleyed effort before being flagged for offside.

How can we play so well Sunday, then this poor today?
Wed Feb 02, 2022 8:33 pm
So far, it has to be said Barnsley have had the better of the chances and go close again on the stroke of half-time; but the Bluebirds have not been without their own moments
I am a firm believer that Sean Morrison is a miss to this team and his early departure with a knee injury seems to have had an effect
Some work for Steve Morison to do at half-time
HALF-TIME SCORE: BARNSLEY 0 - 0 CARDIFF CITY

Liam Kitching rises highest and tries to head home, but his effort is wide of the mark. One of the better chances of the half.

H-T 0-0

Just hoping we can go in halftime without conceding and come out second half playing better than the first half...very disappointing

I really want Watters to do well, be what is he ?

Is he though the service to the front two has been terrible don’t really think anyone would do much with that level of service.

Am I allowed to say that this is a drab performance?

But when he has had the ball, not done much at all with it??

Agree, Morrison and Ralls are top end championship players whereas their replacements will be in L1 or lower next season

Well a case of “after the Lord Mayors show”.
Terrible first half with Barnsely the better team. Dramah looks good though.
Watters and Hugell totally ineffective upfront so far. Not able to win headers or run behind = no threat at all. Jury still out on both of them!
Surely it must get better 2nd half
