Just a thought. But if the innocent palestinain civilians were against violence and really wanted peace (remember their "constitution" contains the destruction of Israel) then they would rise up against the terrorists that control their country, drive them out and then negotiate to live peacefully alongside Israelis.

So easier said than done.

Whilst Israel continue to bulldoze normal family homes and rebuild and put more Israeli people on their land and that is the truth and the real problem.

Totally agree with Forever Blue. You have to look at the history in order to understand the current situation. Israel didn't exist before 1947. It was the then British government who invited stateless jews to form a homeland in Palestine. Following the war there was obvious sympathy but honestly what right did Westminster have to do this? Of course what started as a settlement became larger and larger...

Where is the pre-1947 map of Palestine? Oh wait it doesn't exist because it was Syria.

I dont particularly agree with Israel, conceptually the idea of an Jewish ethno-state seems as insular as an Iran's caliphate but the image posted is misleading as it implies Palestine has been conquered when it was land carved out by the league of nations after WW1 as a home for the Jews.

It was always going to expand the Israeli flag represents Israel (white) between the sea and the river Jordan (blue) and it was designed as a two state nation which the arabs rejected.

Take religion and politics away and the Jews and arabs would get on fine. That won't happen though so they'll keep fighting each other like they have done for thousands of years.

Hammas lobbing missile after missile at Israel is just idiotic though.

The attacks are in effective and the response is always swift and far more deadly.

Regardless of morals it is just a tactic destined to fail so maybe they will finally learn that it might be time to get the whole irradication of Israel shite off their charter and come to the negotiation table like adults this time around.

Palestine existed 1,000's of years before Britain put the Jews there in 1947, without consent, then with in a few years the Jews ran the British out killing some of them.

The Palestinians have nothing but their homes, stones and rockets. What else can they do but try and stop the Jews bulldozing weekly their homes down?

In 2021 this should not be allowed by the rest of the world, but as USA (mainly) and UK are run by many Jews, Palestinians will never be treated fairly a fact.

Aye and the Jews were there 2000 years ago under Roman rule. Fast forward a couple of hundred years and the jews got run out of the region by the Muslims, then the Christians took it back during the crusades then the Ottomans made the region Muslim again, then League of Nations (not the UK it was our territory but was a LoN decision) created we know today as Palestine and Israel.

Like I said I don't particularly agree with the idea of Israel in the first place so I'm far from being pro-Israel on this but if I were Hammas I'd stop trying to bomb the shit of a bigger, better-armed neighbour who has a history of not holding back when they do react, which they always eventually do.

What's that line about madness is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result? How many missiles do they need to fire before they realise that they can't get past the Iron Dome and ultimately they are only hurting their own people?

I feel for the innocent people of Palestine, but their leadership is hurting them as much as Israel.

Appreciate you may have closer family ties to the region mate with your Dad being Egyptian, and so prob have a more detailed knowledge more experience on this, but that's just my 2p - respect as always

There are many thousands of Arabs who are Muslim who live alongside Jews. Nothing is done to them as they coexist peacefully.

Bang on, 30% of population of Israel are Muslims living side by side in peace ,for 1000s of years Jews have lived in the middle East

The Palestinians should be left in peace to live in their own homes and run their own country, not ruled over by Israel who every few weeks decide to take more homes off them.

They only have water and electricity on when the Hews decide how the hell is that right.
