For the life of me I cannot understand how so many of you have just turned into sheep, blindly following MSM's scare tactics, believing politicians that do not give a f**k about you, and ultimately surrendering your freedoms at a whim!!!
You are the same people who laud our valiant servicemen for their achievements on D Day and beyond. Those poor Souls will be turning in their graves looking at us lot now and think "Why did I even bother"!!!

I'm not sure whether the "anti Nukes" posters, for want of a better term, actually listen to, or hear, his substance.
Sorry to piss on most of your chips, but there are nefarious groups at work, and unfortunately they control/own the MSM and the narrative that is spun. Whilst I see that some would be duped by this, I am still shocked that the majority jump on people with a different view to the lie they have been spun.
As soon as someone says "Conspiracy Theory" in their argument, or defence, I know they have no clue about what they are debating.
Please don't walk over the cliff, think for yourself, ignore what I have written, but equally ignore the BBC et al.

What a pile of bull. Not the Ealing bit but the bit trying to emotionally blackmail people out if they beliefs because they don’t fit with yours.

Covid has been awful for some sectors (tourism, leisure etc) but massively beneficial to others (online retail etc).
There are lots of small business owners for whom covid has increased their profits massively, whilst massive travel and high street companies have been ruined by covid.
It's sectors that have been sacrificed not 'small business owners'.

Regardless of sector, for every big company that struggles, there will be smaller companies in its supply chain reliant on them.
Small businesses have undoubtedly been hit the worst and have less resilience to such a sustained economic impact.
Some small businesses will flourish sure, but they will be the exception not the rule.
I pray to God I'm one of them and I'm fighting with everything I got and have been doing 12 - 15 hour days since March and working every weekend as well. We might just make it but its damn tough and I know a lot of businesses that are either gone or on the brink.
Its hard to see when you know these people have put everything they have (and I dont just mean money) into building a business so they can support their family to see them fail through no fault of their own and when it could have been avoided.

People who don’t own business have lost they income they just as badly effected as business owners and these had jobs at bigger companies these people are no less important.
But unfortunately people lose jobs and business all the time this is not a new thing.

Using a reverse image search engine the only place this image seems to originate from is a Daily Mail article which mentions nothing like you've described.
The quote attached to the picture says "An anti-lockdown protester weeps as he is arrested by police outside King's Cross station in central London today"
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... t-him.html
That's the article the original picture comes from, if you can find something in there to support your claim feel free to point it out to me. The Daily Mail has a horrible website so I only skimmed it.
You beat me to it. I reverse imaged it as well. ive lost count the number of images Ive seen posted that someone has then attributed it to something else

Small businesses account for three fifths of all employment in the UK. It is not just the business owners themselves hurt by their businesses failing.
Try having the responsibility of those who work for you on your shoulders, people who you are close to, having the responsibility for making sure they can support their family.
I've paid my staff before myself every single month since lockdown because I know they depend on me and a more than a few times I've not been able to pay myself despite the fact that I'm working every hour under the sun, it's what business owners do and trust me it is damn hard and a lot of us won't make it through to the other side.
But as long as its nice an easy to do your Christmas shopping I guess its all worth it.

Statistically the chance of you knowing four people who died directly of Covid is 575 times less likely than you getting hit by lightning.
Thats pretty damn unlucky

These opposing views show there are no winners in this Health v Wealth situation, and this is the dilemma all governments face, how to try and keep economies going without overwhelming the health systems, and sadly there is no easy answer.

What is strange is that most of the people are against lockdowns are the same people who are dead set against taking a vaccine to try and end the measures?
