What a disaster, what other football club allows their best defender to leave for nothing! I know his contract is up at the end of the season, but surely it would have made more sense to reject West Brom's approach and keep him until the end of the season? I'm completely baffled, what the hell is going on?

Exactly, but at 33,he's not likely to be in West brom plans long term either.solid defender,and served us well,another club (west brom) have seen his qualities,and we're willing to offer him a deal,good luck pelts.

Peltier always gave his best and was a solid no nonsense defender. I'm sorry to see him go out with him well in his future

Cheers Lee, he always gave 100% for us, not going to be a hypocrite I was never the biggest fan of him as a player as he doesn't have the attributes of a lot of modern fullbacks these days but he was obviously a consummate professional who was a good Clubman and did well for us.
