Ambition ok whatever floats your boat? A youngster who cannot get in their reserve side no scoring record of note signed on loan for roughly 5 months what or where's the ambition there?

Where are you getting this “can’t get in their reserve side” line from? He is in the first team squad.

By that same token, neither can Salah or Mane get in their reserve side.

disagree.. we sold 3 players for 20 mill..lost gunner and all the loan signings from last season and the budget to replace was as above { I think flint was 4 not 6 but either way cheaper than what boro paid. }

I get what your saying, your not questioning the kids ability just that signing a 19 year old kid (featured in 2 cup games and as a sub for 1 league game) for 4 months isn't what I'd described as ambitious as somebody said.

Pembroke you are clutching at straws. He is the very type of loan signing we are craving. There is nothing to prove he will be a success there but taking promising youngsters from the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea etc. has been successful for many teams when you look at Mount, Bamford, Abraham, the Man City boy on loan at Leeds. We would be very happy at the option of having Brewster to select from up front where we have no proven goal scorer at present.

I remember watching him score back to back hattricks against USA and Brazil.

He also scored a hattrick for Liverpool first team one pre season friendly.

Anyone questioning the boys ability clearly know nothing about him (or just wishing maybe). There is a reason he was in Klopps Champions League Final match day squad.

He may find it hard to adapt to the Championship right away maybe, but that’s no mark on the players obvious ability.

Rhian Brewster was not in the official Premier league squad submitted fot 2019/20 season and never featured in any Premier league games this season not even on the bench.
