The only manager in the last 10 years that was appointed who the fans like was Warnock, and some consider him the best ever manager at this club. Why aren’t we going for what the fans want again? Clearly they know more about who fits this club more than Dalman or tan who f***ing pick Ole, Slade or bloody Trollope ffs. This is a Joke if true.
Yes we’ll get behind him, we have to. But mark my words even you Annis will rightfully doubt him and not back him if he has a shaky start. If we have what the fans want then we can support the manager during shakey spells. If it’s a manager nobody really wants then we will look for any excuse to criticise him and put the pressure on. I can’t believe how OUR club cannot see how bad of an appointment this will be.

Who do the fans want?
Plenty of fans were happy with Trollope.

Good source which I haven’t had for a while is 100% Neil Harris done deal.
Board convinced Warnock to stay on one more game. I will get behind Neil Harris![]()

but it doesn’t excite me. Also a few other things mentioned about fall outs between board members and Warnock. I hope it’s not messy like it usually ends up.
Flynn was interviewed and Bellamy was brought up by Tan, but they agreed on a fresh start.
Sol Bamba has offered to be caretaker manager if needed.

I think you may need to check that mate. I assure you no more than 10% of this forum wanted Trollope, that’s not plenty in my eyes. Nobody really wanted Trollope, it was the cheap option, and at the time he agreed to do both the Cardiff job and the assistant manager of Wales job. I assure you most fans didn’t want him.
In regards to what sort of manager that I’m fairly certain most fans would get behind even if we lose a couple on the bounce, the likes of Hughton, Bellamy, Earnshaw, hell even Bamba the fans would prefer more than Harris.
You forget that Harris is a continuation from Warnock. Similar football philosophies in regards to style of play, and you’ve obviously forgotten Warnock and the team got bood at various half times this season, and a couple end of game. Nobody really disliked Warnock on those times, but we definitely made our feelings known about the lack of character and ability on display, in a team that compiled of 12 Neil Warnock signings out of a possible 14 that made an appearance last Sunday. I don’t know a single Cardiff fan that wants to go down the path of similar football, and if you know anything about Neil Harris, it’s that he ALWAYS sets his team up to play just that, what is fans described as boring football.
If you want to support that then good luck to you, I think us Cardiff fans would be doing our club no favours if we support that sort of decision, that’s all. Once it’s made, we need to shut up, I agree. But no amount of talk and trying to convince other fans in the forums is going to truly get the fans behind the wrong manager.

On this forum only 19% want Bellamy here as manager. Lots of different opinions, and none of us are right or wrong as we have no idea how any of the names in the frame will perform when they get here. I think I preferred the days before social media when the first we knew of an appointment was when it was announced in the Echo or on the radio. Whatever we felt, we all got behind the manager and the team, even in the crap days when staying in the football league was our number one target.
